After listening to this recording hundreds of time I am not waivered from my initial impression that 朱慧珍 and (my idol) 蒋月泉 can be characterized as "flags and drums matching", as the saying goes.

您好，看到您的留言说想知道血书的原文是什么，我查了一下，玉蜻蜓血书有两个版本，弹词版和锡剧越剧版，因为男主的姓不一样，弹词版叫金贵升，锡剧越剧版叫申贵生，然后，母亲名字弹词是智贞，锡剧越剧是志贞，又不一样，所以两版的血书是不一样的。
解读玉蜻蜓一剧中的“血书“
血书乃智贞弃子前所写，目的告诉收养者：这婴儿的来历与生辰八字。在越剧中，血书只是一个道具，让儿子元宰着去庵堂认母。而在苏州评弹《玉蜻蜓》中，有许多细节。玉蜻蜓其实最早应该是发生在苏州南濠的民间故事，经说书艺人的加工，在清朝乾隆嘉庆年间已经演出，祖师爷有陈遇乾、俞秀才等人。传承下来有许多后继者。由于申家在当地有地位，惹不起，所以艺人只能让主人公改姓为金，成了金贵升的故事。越剧玉蜻蜓则是后来的延伸产品。加上在浙江演出，不怕姓申的威胁，所以越剧中叫申贵升。
血书共十二句，第一、二两句是密帝泳王后，商珍姓氏香。（密帝是读音，因字打印不出来)，这个人是历史上有的，匈奴的太子，汉武帝时归顺汉朝得赐姓金，说明婴儿的父亲姓金还中过秀才。
第三至第六是梨花来别院，爱月卧云房，窃喜桃成实，堪嗟李忽僵。说明一场风花雪月尼庵中生下私生子。
第七、八句是：五常循礼数，四德殿乾阳。暗藏了智贞的名字。（五常是仁义礼智信，含一个智字，四德中含一个贞字)
第九、十句是：抛乳襟题血，愁余各断肠。最后两句：慈航逢华诞，花月正昏黄。（辛未年杏月题)说明婴儿属羊是农历二月十九日黄昏戍时所生。与观音菩萨同一个生日，但观世音一年有三个生日，分别是二月六月和九月。因为是杏月写的，可判断为二月份生。这个哑谜让徐元宰动了好多脑细胞才猜了出来。
笔者少年时听收音机中空中书场，严雪亭先生的《杨乃武与小白菜》以及徐云志先生的《三笑》，很是入迷。长大后支援国复评论·到了外省，也就与评弹失之千里了。幸喜退休后回到上海，有几年天天孵在书场，其中也听过多次《玉蜻蜓》，借此与爱灯者闲聊了。
玉蜻蜒庵堂认毋,血书解
(1)未末酉初儒衣葬，______缺字,姓申的的书生把命丧.
(2)士心卜贝莲池旁，______士心卜贝合起,莲池是庵堂,那毋亲名叫志贞,是尼姑.
(3)生在观音诞寿曰,_______观音圣诞是农历十九,元宰就知道自己是农历十九所生.
(4)花开无根飞四方._______徐元宰根据上述分柝,自己生在(佛)门.所以花开无根飞四方.
徐元宰有了血书中的暗示,就寻遍苏州的庵堂,功夫不忘有人,最后寻到苏州山圹亍附近的法华庵,毋子相会,诉说衷肠.
