When I did mine, I used a lot more heat than you did, and WD40 down the bolt holes for a few days before hitting it hard with heat and a hammer. Don't forget to remove the lower nut on the stud either! Do not try to lever off the barrels, you'll only damage the gasket face. Also bottom out the small diameter bolts holding the plate to the cylinders, get as much metal to metal as you can, or you'll be repairing stripped threads in the cylinders. Patience. It will take days, or even weeks, but it will come in the end.

Like other things in life, this operation requires a ton of lube and a tone-and-a-half of patience.
The Titainium stud kits don't oxidize, so the next tear down is way easy.
The '76 TR750's were reportedly getting 130 horsepower out of this antiquated design!
Cliff Carr was clocked at just bearly 185 MPH on his...the stuff of legend...

I have a gt750 in my garage waiting for resto. With tons of other projects higher priority, I figured i should at least be prepping for this hell before i can get to it. So I took the head off and have been soaking these cylinder bolts with PB blaster pretty much every weekend for the past 6 months. In the hopes that the process as seen in the video is milder for me. With any luck, all that lube will save my patience.

i bought a kettle that had not
    run for 32 years .
the pistons were stuck in barrel. had to get them moved with block of wood and wooden hammer.
