In reply to your skin, sometimes testing and changing products over and over again can make breakouts happen more!
Moving countries doesn't help (seen in Marzia Bisgognin's old vlogs) but keep in mind to give your skin a break and not over do it!
Good luck and definitely don't go back to that dermatologist 🚩

Thank you so much for the advice!! I didn't switch up products in the first month so I dont think that's what triggered my breakouts, I thought swapping to Japanese products would benefit the environment~?? Idk honestly I am such a huge noob when it comes to skincare :(( I still have so much to learn !!

Your blogs are so fun to watch, thank you for taking the time to do them! I'm sorry about the dermatology appointment - it sucks to feel invalidated like that, even if it wasn't what they were "aiming" for. Not sure how medicine is in Australia (I'm in USA), but can you do a telehealth appointment with someone in Australia? Sometimes a second opinion is great for ideas. Again, thank you so much for taking all of this time to put out these videos while also still being an idol and costumer/designer/seamstress! :)

I'm so glad to hear, thank you so much for watching them!! I'll keep making my best!!
That could be a good idea, in my experience in Australia the dermatologists had super long wait times unless it was a cosmetologist, but they were sooo expensive too, wer're talking like $500 per appointment, then the products they recommend also quite pricey! But- I think they get results!!

@@Marmaladecos Ooof, similar to costs here, then! I know how tough it is figuring out skin treatments either with or without a someone who can maybe look into some clinical stuff. And yes, thank you so much for taking the time to do all of your art and also replying! :)

Cool vlog as always! Tokyo Disneyland was always a treat to go to (and so much cheaper than US Disneyland lmao). Also your dermatologist was a dickhead like wtf??? Anyway, keep up the good work!

I bet the food in Disney Land was a lot more affordable then the theme parks in Australia. Sorry to hear about the bad experience with the Dermatologist, hopefully the skin care products work. We have some of these pretty pink flowers in our backyard!

Yes it absolutely is without a doubt!! You can get hot chippies for like 250yen!! only $2.50!~ You can't even pay that at maccas!!
The products they gave me at the dermatologist seem to be really working to reduce the inflammation on my chin which is great!! I'm still going to try and heal it holistically if I can too~

oh wow disney land looks really amazing, i should save up and go, what budget do you recommend? 100$? 300$?

    • @Marmaladecos
      @Marmaladecos  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

It depends what kind of experience you want to have!! There is a convienience store (I think 711) outside the park at the station, so you can fuel up and have breakfast there,
Do you wanna buy some new ears? Then budget something for that too,
Otherwise it'll depend on where and what you want to eat throughout the park!
I would recommend a budget of $100USD for Tokyo Disneyland is more than enough!! The snacks are all extremely affordable, like 400-800 yen!

your experience at the dermatologist sounds INSANE - completely unhelpful and kinda demoralizing 😭 I’m so sorry that happened! If you’ve switched products it’s possible you’re allergic to something. Water quality can also irritate skin. In the past I had broken out a lot on my chin for months and found out it was because I was allergic to propylene glycol - once I stopped using the serum containing that, my skin cleared up immediately. Also, when I moved, I started having hard water in my apartment and that clogged up my pores so it took some time for my skin to get used to it. I hope it gets better soon!

It felt so demoralizing!! Like!! It caught me very off guard because I was expecting them to be so much more in depth with their explanations or ask me further questions other than just "are you stressed?"
I honestly think It might be the water quality too! Hopefully my skin adjusts, I was looking at getting an LED face mask to use? I heard they are good for this!
