Loved working on these machines got layed off 4 months ago factory closed made all sorts of furniture good to see this as I know exactly what your doing keep it going 👍
@@automatedtrash7527 This channel has showed me that the Biesse community is a world community. Last month I was helping a young man in Egypt to get his machine running.
That's great I found that biesse are not really interested in the old machines or they don't have the engineers with the history behind them keep up the good work my friend if I can help I shall 👍
@@automatedtrash7527 I am in the process of writing an upgraded manual for the Rover 24 that is meant for people to purchase. Would you be interested in helping with that project? email me at lee.bernard@mogpm.com
It actually came with the machine when we bought it used. Do a search for Vertical Caliper on the Google machine, and it will come up. Thanks for watching!!!
Hello! I just bought a Biesse Rover 20 made in 2006. Can you give me some steps for changing the language of the CNC programs from german to english? I managed to switch the Windows language, but it didn't change in the CNC programs. I m not very familiar with this interface. Thank you!
I seem to recall that one of the machine PLC start screens has a picture of a world map. If you click on the world map it will allow you to change the language of the program. I hope this helps...
@@thecrazycncguy7500 the program starts automatically when i turn on the power switch on the back of the machine. And also it has a "Launch" and "Terminate" buttons in the windows Start menu. If i double-click them, the CNC applications start or stop.
@@thecrazycncguy7500 I operate it using a computer, a screen, a mouse and a keyboard and the machine takes the tool by itself and measure it by itself. I wouldn't even know how to start a rover 24 lol. I got scared a bit at first when I watched a few videos and I see that screen with so many buttons I thought OMG that looks hard , why am i not learing that ?what I am doing doesn't look like that at all but then I realised, it must be an older model. Using a newer one doesn't necessary means better. Maybe a bit clearer and less noisier but the lack of physical buttons might be a downer for some people. All I have is a screen and the emergency buttons
Hi, MR can I ask my biesse rover b4.4 problem. I changed the drilling tools manually and correct the info in tool magazine, it works at that moment but when I turned on next day, it reports NC data not in line with machine data, what I missed on the process. thanks in advance
нужно вытащить инструмент из шпинделя и установить его в револьвер. в журнал занести исправления - так что бы станок сам забрал нужный инструмент из револьвера.

Hi Automated! I do believe it does but we are always running so fast I don't get a chance to play with the things I don't know anymore. I just started using the rotary saw last week - no joke! 6 years and just started using the saw.
Hi Bakir! I only have exposure to the Rover 24 which is different from the Rover A. Sorry I can't be of any help. I did a ton of reading of whatever materials I could find to learn the Rover 24. Just start digging on the internet, my friend!

Ya, REALLY old model - 1999 :) I would love to work on newer machines but the chance hasn't come up. Thanks for visiting my videos! Be well!

Alguien sabe donde encontrar un archivo de errores .

What's that caliper called
Hi Curtis. It's a height gauge. This one was like $70 at rockler
Google height gauge and you'll find it. It looks like Rockler doesn't have it any more.
