    What a beautiful video! Awesome fish and stunning scenery. I live in a fairly beautiful part of W.A. but compared to this it is like chalk and cheese, ahh 1 day 1 day.

    Went out with Cam at the same spot maybe a little down further. It was hard going, with only 3 landed. None of any great size though. but seen heaps of those huge buggers in those swift pools. Cams a great guy.

    Aloha Mike- Just three more weeks bro...Watching some old clips to get ready for October. Never seen anyone leave an indicator on when fishing a dry. Is it ok if I use the same technique if you force me to fish a dry?

    what are the pros to fishing a dry with an indicator? is it just to know where your fly is when fishing smaller dries or did you just not feel like removing it?

    • @mikefsher

  • @kylemonkey

    I would be afraid to fish like that. because after you have fished on an excellence level like that, what do you do then?

  • @mikefsher
    @mikefsher  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    They aren't as hard as you might think although you have to get everything right... They have to feed a lot in crystal clear water as these are the most common conditions here...

  • @ryangold102
    @ryangold102 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    wang has some issues, and apparently your flyfishing vids have brought them up to the surface heh. You should market yourself as flyfishing guide, and psychiatrist. did you ever think a flyfishing vid would get someone this amped up? its not like you guys are mishandling the fish or making false claims. btw, keep the vids coming, great work.

  • @mikefsher
    @mikefsher  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    No. Never been stocked as with almost all rivers in NZ, it contains a self sustaining wild population... Everyone that has even a faint idea on NZ fishing knows this...

  • @mikefsher
    @mikefsher  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Lol, well said - you gotta wonder what lies ahead for a loser that comes up with stuff like that. Probably prison.

  • @karinatorres20
    @karinatorres20 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Plz tell me why the water is so fuking clear!!

  • @mikefsher
    @mikefsher  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Agreed. Thing i can't work out is why is that moron looking at my clips and not trolling the internet for Thai lady boys, or anger management sites for those confused about their sexuality? Maybe he needs to sleep with his hands above the covers - although the inference about that would probably be lost on the little boy...

    Moron. Planet Earth- try visiting sometime. Why watch this if you have no idea, logic or intelligence. People who have to criticize others, having done nothing of any note themselves should leave making comments to the adults... Desk job?! I work in the bush princess. Bet you'd last a few hours there before crying about missing your playstation... Yawn.

    Your still and idiot?! It's You're!! (as in You Are!...) Try learning the english language, more important i would think, than ranting with a child like vocabulary and making a fool of yourself. Hilarious.
