It is a sin for Igbos to bow down for any human. Even the Igwe will not allow it to happen. We only bow down to our Chi nke ukwu (God).
Although some may not be comfortable seeing Obi Cubana doing this to Ooni of Ife but we can overlook it because it is Yoruba's culture to bow or prostrate for fellow human. They say, go to Rome behave like Romans. Go to Yoruba behave like Yorubas.

We don’t really bow like that in Igbo land,they are just showing respect to the Ooni of Ife, the way their people do ,besides it takes nothing away from Obi Cuba, if he does anything less and doesn’t bow like that to the preeminent monarch in Yoruba land, he will lose a lot supporters and customers from Yoruba land for disrespecting their Ooni ,so for me Obi Cubana was smart to do that,with that bowing, he gained a lot friends from Yoruba land, bravo to him, you can’t be a business man who wants favor from many people and say i am Igbo ,i am not going to bow to you ,you lose customers,not only in Yoruba land but everywhere because people will say he has no respect for tradition , Obi Cubana is good and humble, that’s why he is doing well, look at him in the audience of Ooni of Ife and earlier , governor Wike, he is doing alright
