Have you ever woken up feeling so lost, like nothing is working anymore? It happened to me and so i decide to take a cold "shower" (Ile ya bucket na kasuku ya kimbo or is it a bath😂😂 ,dressed up and left my house to nowhere. Walking helps me relieve stress, so trust me when i tell you i walked and walked till i couldn't feel my legs anymore.
So what do I do? I order for bolt, "am the kind of person nikiwa na 1k kwa mfuko huwa naingia hata hardware to check prices za mabati and chuma for future reference"😂😂😂. Back to the Bolt, he arrives in 3minutes and i hop in pale back left kama Hon Winnie herselefu 😁. He asks me," how are you, tunaenda aje",I respond back to him " am fine thank you, let's head to the airport".
Ladies and gentlemen, the last time i was at JKIA was in 2009 while seeing off a friend and it was at night so the only thing i enjoyed ni kuona mataa mengi😂😂😂😂. Haidhuru, we are headed to the airport and it's not like i have a flight, no i needed to take a break and my pocket allowed me to "fly to JKIA"
We arrive safely, i pay my bolt guy and thank him for the safe trip then i see people pushing trolleys and i pick one, nikawekelea my sling bag, bottled water and a daily nation and started pushing. Those trolleys are heavy though, so I give up on that removed my "luggage" went to Equity bank to see if my account is still active(niliweka 2k 3yrs ago sikulala, so went and withdrew)😂😂😂😂. 20minutes of passing time and it's now time for me to go back home.
I now use City hoppa, they drop me at Cabanas i connect to Katani and am telling you, was feeling rejuvenated and so at peace after the walk and short "trip". N/B:didn't take any photo

*MULEMBE NATION ACTIVATE YOUR "THIRD EYE & EAR" FOCUS ON UNITY OF PURPOSE & FUTURE LEADERSHIP FOR 2027*_
For two months now, I have been wondering how best we, the mulembe nation should *Move Forward* irregardless of our fragmented leadership with the current two or three political formations ahead of the August 2022 polls. Here are my personal thoughts:
    *1. Roots way*
The roots party led by our own son Hon Wajackoya has a very robust, mind boggling manifesto that has extremes in equal measures. We have very promising financial and medicinal rewards from marijuana & snake farming; however there is no clear country or case in point which has benefited immensely from such techniques and the long term sustainability. Time will tell while we continue to ponder on the *_"How"_* to implement these concepts leave alone cultural shocks, manageability and future growth trends or patterns. Maybe thinking without the box is an alternative option for our mulembe prosperity, however the *roots way* seems a long haul in my view.
    *2. UDA **#bottoms** up*
The mulembe nation folks inside the UDA bandwagon _(am deliberately omitting to use Kenya Kwanza because all potential positions are under the party name _*_not_*_ the coalition)_, are "technically" outside of mulembe nation parties ANC and FK in the quest to be in power should KKA win. The president and deputy president are UDA nominees. The governor of Nairobi is UDA nominee. Nairobi is a hub contributing a large part of the national GDP. Infact it's rumoured that Hon Sakaja _(aka Koskei)_ has no interest in ANC or mulembe nation rather just to use the numbers to win votes. Why didn't he support Hon Mudavadi by vying on ANC party?. I think our mulembe son Hon Mudavadi was orphaned when Sakaja decided UDA over ANC ticket. That was a statement of rejection to mulembe nation particularly with the second powerful political position with numerous resources after the presidency. He has killed ANC hence mulembe nation party's last senior position hope. _End game, Koskei will end up eating Nairobi with Luto._ *Ask ourselves this*; _how many Mulembe meetings has Koskei held in Nairobi with Luhya community or leadership? Did he seek Luhya Professionals guidance or bid for the governor position or Luhya elders for blessings?_
Perhaps, the only mulembe soldier remaining in a Luhya party is *Hon Cleo Malala* who prophetically will be the defacto leader of ANC, but intelligence tells me he may not gunner enough votes to win kakamega county governor seat. *_ANC may if it struggles hardest, elect 4 members of parliament come August 2022 nationally._* No possible good performance for ANC and FK moving forward. We predict MADvD political career could end with this election. Hence, mulembe nation needs to reconsider their position in UDA fake coalition KKA. Weta sensed no future _(being a sharp lawyer)_ and quickly activated his political Strategy for option B running for the Senator position.
*_Let's assume UDA wins this election, what will Hon Mudavadi and mulembe nation tangibly get?_* My assumption is, the 70% delivery of Western region will be pegged on number of seats delivered by Luhya parties ANC and FK. _No doubt the Sabatia constituency MP will be UDA elected hence ANC cannot claim it delivered._ This scenario will play out in many instances and locations. There isn't a surebet scientific or arthritic way for a clear Mulembe price or reward in UDA arrangement. If there is in UDA someone shoe us. It's a tricky & precarious situation a community to find it self. It's dawning to us that a possible sellout may have occurred. *Time will tell*. _We foresee mulembe nation told that UDA bankrolled the election and spent billions and that ANC/FK agreement arrangement wasn't reached. We may get evidence of some payouts to our kingpins post elections and a "madimoni moment" resurface._ There are lots of underhands in the who KKA deals and lack of practical evidence negates the theory or paper contract.
    *3. Azimio **#Inawezekana*
The mulembe nation in my view has a better & *tangible* deal in Azimio coalition than the UDA bandwagon fallacy. Let's just pick & speak to the position of Finance Cabinet Secretary and four legislative positions for NAIROBI.
*_a) CS Treasury for Mulembe nation_*
If mulembe nation through Azimio promise of Hon Oparanya bagging the Treasury CS, we got all it takes to transform the lives and livelihood of mulembe nation as a whole. Other communities have done it, so we must comply. ALL ministries depends on the budgeting done via Treasury department. Appropriation of funds, supplementary budgets, finance allocations to ALL projects, Advisory in restructuring finance reallocation among many. The position speaks to all projects life. The critical parliamentary committees that have changed lives of communities fall under finance docket. Once financial allocations are approved and ratified even if your personal is removed, those development plans can hardly be removed or altered. *_In short, the CS Treasury docket is one whole of a solution to mulembe nation._*__. _Mulembe nation must open their third eye and ear._ Unfortunately under our son Hon Mudavadi, as a finance minister, he failed to push mulembe nation to the map of fast developing nation economically. We know what Hon Nyachae did as finance minister via ADC to Kisii nation. Today we cannot compare ourselves to them and equally subsequent leadership including Hon Matiangi have impacted positively their nation. You can apply for a passport in Kisii, go count how many banks operate in Kisii, how many of them are in the diaspora and other counties taking territories as a community. I visited some ward in Ongata Rongai, Molo etc and they decide who becomes their MCA based on economic development.
No one doesn't know how CS Treasury helped Luto amass finances and to be who he is today. It's not rocket science. That's why we hate our own mulembe nation sons and daughters being bootlickers. Why go to Loot-Oh if you can draw strategies for empowerment before 2027? There is still room for mulembe under Hon Oparanya to support, finance major projects, influence allocations and help mulembe nation bounce back to the limelight come 2027. *Yes we can.* So let's not cheat ourselves. The DP is yielding power due to unity of purpose & team work of his people for the past 9+ years in creating total financial freedom for his inner circles & homegrown support *PILLARS*. The core of the team - is CS Treasury docket.
    *b) NAIROBI mulembe MP seat*
The next strength of opportunity mulembe nation has is the Nairobi legislative positions notably for Dagoretti North, Makadara, Westlands and Nairobi county Senator.
    *_b.i) Dagoretti North Constituency_*
Not known to many, Dagoretti North is a *super constituency*. This is the no. 1 constituency in the entire 47 counties of Kenya. The reason I have is that the president of the republic of Kenya resides inside it at *statehouse.* With this in mind, we must ensure the MP seat is taken by a Luhya. *Hon. Beatrice Elachi* is currently placed by different opinion polls to over 55% and some 60% meaning that in the remaining time, Luhya Nation must use it's Power to push for a win. Once she gets into the office, mulembe nation must rally the *Luhya national women caucus* towards unity of purpose and constantly engage Hon Martha Karua the deputy president candidate should they take power. Hon Elachi will be a pillar to consolidate ALL Luhya community women leaders towards a new beginning as we set our eyes on 2027. Lastly, the constituency hosts a large number of Luhya community members in Kawangware amongst many others. There has to be a deliberate action to tasks ALL businesses and rich residents to consider our people for employment. We shall discuss this in a different forums. In the USA, you have a law in some states that 10 to 30% employee must be from within the state.
    *_b.ii) Westlands Constituency_*
The next critical constituency is Westlands. The number of Luhya Candidates is a threat for mulembe nation to capture. However, *Hon Tim Wanyonyi* is likely going to retain it. There is need for a Luhya to get it especially _Hon Tim_ considering his bid for Governor of Nairobi county in 2027. Some aspects discussed on Dagoretti North constituency apply here.
    *_b.iii) Makadara Constituency_*
Hon Aladwa is one vocal mulembe nation leader going for this seat. There are chances the spokesman of Luhya community in Nairobi will win the seat.
    *_b.iv) NAIROBI Senator_*
Hon Edwin Sifuna has great chances to win the seat. The wave for AZIMIO affiliated tribes in Nairobi - Kikuyu, Luo, Kamba and now Luhya will give him an upper hand. We need this oversight position and hopefully get large numbers of Luhyas inside the house.
In summary, mulembe nation must begin to reconstitute itself post elections. These divisions of coalitions must remain behind us post elections as we begin to chat a new direction and movement targeting 2027. It's time the Professionals and Elites from mulembe nation look at things objectively.
    *_God bless you all._*
    *_God bless mulembe nation._*
    *_God bless all Kenya sub-nations_*
    *#TimeHeals*
    *#MulembeUnityOfPurpose*
    *#LuhyaUnity2027*

When our Nairobi brothers and sisters land in the countryside over the weekend for a function, they park their vehicles at a very visible place. They get out of the car slowly, in instalments: legs, hands, lips, head, back, exposed waist, full person. They bounce towards the tent like Christopher Columbus who discovered Jamaica. The man begins to pull up his trousers because in his youth he did not learn where his waist was located. The wife begins to pull down her skirt because the skirt is metres above her common sense. The kids begin to fight for phones and car keys. The MC orders the villagers to either vacate the seats voluntarily or risk forceful eviction. Wazee na wamama are told to stand, so that their plastic seat can be occupied by one of the Nairobi kids. The caterer begins to fumble for water and soda. The MC announces the grand arrival. The hosts begin to look more important. The village slayqueen catwalks between the dais and the audience for no reason at all. The Nairobi man land on the chair like a very important Elephant. The Nairobi wife sits with crossed legs one pointing south and the other north, kids sit far apart as Arsenal and Man U in Epl. The village enjoys the Afrocinema amidst the endless speeches...with some recognizing, thanking and clapping his presence and worse if there's a mzungu accompanying them.

The market days at Luanda are Mondays and Thursdays, various people flock the busy small town from both sides located along Kisumu-Busia road near the Maseno university in Vihiga county. In the local dialect it's known as "Esiro sia Otiato"-Otiato's market or Emukasa
It's the leading revenue earner for the county and the second largest open market in the country after Karatina market, due to its location (it's the link road to the neighboring countries Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic republic of Congo/Zaire, Uganda) it needs to be a 24 hour economy town.Im informed that Karatina's groceries are from within while Luanda's are from outside the Vihiga county.
Anyone with information about the Chwele market in Bungoma, Gikomba in Nairobi and Mombasa's market is it Changamwe where they fall .Informed by Dan Mukuna that most groceries at Chwele market are from Uganda and Mt Elgon, Chwele is located on class B road unlike Luanda which is on class A transAfrica highway, Chwele is is on small scale
The Banyore embraced christianity in the early years 1900's ,the headquarters of church of God is at Kima ,among other religious organizations are Pentecostal assemblies of God, Anglican church of Kenya which was once led by a Munyore late Bishop Olang from Ebusakami Ebussamba
It's the major town for the Banyore, sub tribe of Luhya bantu speaking inhabitants who we were told came from Congo. The original constituency was Emuhaya which was represented by the late Edward Eric Khasakhala from Emmutete, late Wilson Esinapwaka Mukuna (Ebutongoi Esirulo) whose slogan was "Abandu barake omusala"-encouraged locals to plant trees alongside late environmentalist John Butiko from Essaba or Ebusyubi.
Other former Mps are late Sammy Muhanji (Essaba), Hon Sande "Esirombela" Mukuna (Ebutongoi), former National speaker Hon Kenneth Otiato Marende (Ebusikhale),Sheldon Muchilwa the former government printer,Governor Wilburforce Khasilwa Otichillo (Vihiga Governor).
We have two constituencies Emuhaya represented by Kuppet chairman Omboko Milemba(Ebutongoi), Luanda represented by Lawyer Christopher Omulele(Emmuli).
Emuhaya constituency broke the record for having highest number of contenders countrywide among them Sikalo Ochiel, Madam Rose Otolo, Patrick 'Omusala" Omondi, James Omuka, Abisai from Ebusakami among others.
Banyore are hardworking people maybe due to the small shambas inherited from our forefathers, mostly quarters of an acre so most commodities like bananas were delivered from the neighboring Khwisero and Butere constituencies .Dr Arthur Okwemba among the first medical doctors in Africa, Dr Henry Abwao (cancer specialist)
Most prominent Bunyore business people were late Joel Mukoya, Alinyo who was the East African Breweries representative in the former western province, Mbalanya Omwakwe, Odera of Big Ben, Mzee Ekhalie, Otieno Makanga the first market master(Superintendent), Atingo,Banswel Muchilwa of Goodwill Luanda, mzee Sichenga (Hardware)among others. Bunyore boasts of some establishments like Oasis hotel, Triple T,Roddy's green hotel at Ebuyangu junction, Big Ben, Fina, Butamu mbituya tuya, Rumours hotel, Tororo club, Toseka, Eddie's Tavern , County inn, waterpoint , mzee Highway Aywah of Maseno paradiso (Jericho and Jogoo road) who lost his elder brother Mzee Wellington Kuyah of Ebusiekwe Esibembe (r.i.p) luka to akina David Otieno among others .I'm reminded the name Emuhaya was derived from Aim higher by colonists
Tsiswa(flying vegetables), simsim, ground nuts, authentic quails (ebisindu) ,makayabo/Ebibambala, chimumi when spiced with omuselekha you end licking your fingers are some of the commodities. The regional capital of potent herb(Shashamane) wagwan Rastafari!
The pictured below are bananas being ferried from Khumusalaba to Luanda market .
Not forgetting akina Muchute, Selifa etc
Luanda has no drainage and sewer systems which was to be established at Ebusiekwe Ebukolo near the chief's office .It has no piped water, mostly rely on mikokoteni hawkers.
Health wise no public health facility, the nearest is at Emuhaya and Ipali health facilities
The late senior chief in Kiambu Omondi Siboyi from Duka moja father to Otima Munala
The name Luanda was derived from Olwanda in Kinyore which means a strong underground rock spread at an expansive area. There used to be Olwanda/ rock at the current modern market building where Banyore used to sell their wares in the evenings, they used to enjoy the warmth and avoid mud. Later they were joined by Luos who used to bring fish and the market started expanding .[Omusala] father in law to Maina Hatchison .The first market master was Harrison Maganga Adala
