I’m a PT and fitness instructor I also have MS- I am extremely active as much as it hurts, 100% exercise and movement is the most important. A strong core will help engage the correct muscles and take the pressure off your lower back and hips. The sciatica is just referred nerve pain- learning to understand pain might help and getting in tune with your body so you know how it SHOULD move. I have put together some super basic exercises in a sheet I can send as my partner has bulging discs and is having the same problems. You got this xx
I got suspended from work with pay. Some dude I befriended, that my intuition was suspect on, got into an argument. More so just called him lazy and it hurt his pride. I mean we been friends for well over a year now. Closer than most. Dude went to HR talking about how I’m a psycho and dangerous and showed them my Tik Tok. Timing was just insane. Important lesson. Trust my gut. Don’t trust anyone besides family
