    Hello, I would like to ask in future reviews of any form of technology especially in this case tablets or phones, if you would please just gain some extra knowledge beforehand. The reason I'm asking this is because while watching the video I've seen you make quite big mistakes, the 7gb extra ram is virtual and is borrowed from the CPU, 2TB expansion storage refers to the memory card size you can put in. I understand that some people are not very technical but please don't mess up your review just because you're not technical it really makes it difficult for someone that is technical to watch your video. I'm just giving you some positive criticism, and I hope to see more videos and if any improvements I will definitely subscribe, thank you

      Thank you for your comment,, I was not expecting this Tablet,, and had almost forgotten about it,, so was caught off guard.
      I do not think the CPU has 7GB of "RAM",, to add to the RAM I think it can take some of the slower storage from the 256GB or the up 2TB SD Card,, and uses that as RAM.

      Thank you,, I have had it with me to work,, and tested it out with using it with Citrix, and remounting in to a windows server to manage our DCIM software (Data center infrastructure management - software)
      It did give me some changelses,, as the screen resolution is very high for 11" and Citrix does not scale it up,, or I have not found out, how to do that yet. :-)

      @@MyPlayHouse Well, it's all the more good that it's useful in the server room and work by the way :) So you control servers with it? SSH or remote VNC desktop? All in all, maybe it would be possible to put some Linux on it - the keyboard is there and you can work :) really nice equipment, although the 11" ones are quite big and probably heavy..

    Yeah, a decent tablet, especially for media consumption. One thing I'd have liked to see would be a fingerprint reader. Or at least face recognition. These days, I really like to avoid tapping codes, and for logging on to MitID, banking, payments, and so on, that can be quite a few times.

    • @MyPlayHouse
      @MyPlayHouse  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes,,, that would have been nice.... Not sure how that works on Android,, if it can do face recognition in the software,, or if it needs some dedicated stuff to do that.

    • @JohnnieHougaardNielsen
      @JohnnieHougaardNielsen ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MyPlayHouse Some Android devices do simple face recognition via the selfie camera, but that's a low security level. More advanced 3D face recognition exists but not on many devices, with fingerprint readers being the widespread biometric technique.
      Personally, I like a fingerprint reader better than the "lower predictability" of how fast a face detection can work.
      Unfortunately, even if fingerprint recognition is not an expensive feature, it is usually not found in Android tablet, except for high end ones.
      While in-screen fingerprint readers are very common, I actually like a sensor on the side instead, where I can unlock while hauling a phone up from the pocket, instead of having to involve face or careful placement of a finger on the screen.
      If the Doogee table had a fingerprint sensor, there's good chances that I'd have bought one.

    No biometric security? (fingerprint reader at minimum) Huge deal breaker for people who use mobile banking or any kind of security that utilizes touch verification. Its a shame. Maybe the newer models will include these provisions. For the average user though, It looks pretty compelling on paper, specification wise.
