I'm in bed at 10pm and I wake up at 5am,go to work and then in evening trying to salvage some college classes,I'm hungry for success and I'm waiting for THAT opportunity to show up so I can get out from being broke, from working 10 hours/day and still having debts.
This track change my life.. Started waking up early and now I'm on track to make more money from home than ever before. I also work out to these tracks.. They really help out a lot
The whole point of what he's saying is productivity. Basically he means, don't sleep when you should be working to get ahead. IF you have 24 hours in a day and need 9 hours sleep for muscle recovery, that leaves you with 15 hours left to get your training and other things in. So, don't waste those 15 hours in the club, on the phone, playing Solitaire, drinking, partying or even sleeping excessively. Devote those 15 hours to working towards your goals.
Study the person you admire the most in whatever it is you want to do and try to see what schedule they had. I promise you will find a person that works incessantly at their craft. You would be surprised how strong you are and how much sleep you can do without. The same people screaming about sleep stay up all night playing video games and going out to clubs but don't want to stay up to practice their craft. You can't get millionaire money until u work like a millionaire.
Same as jumpman3210 situation. Of course you need sleep to keep your concentration up. As I said before - "There is a big difference if you sleep because you are lazy or because you basically have to." Just don`t sleep too long. That`s all
If you look at the real studies and not the implied ones that show up in the magazines that are only designed to get you to buy more magazines, it's not the length of sleep but the time at which you sleep which is most important. If you always go to sleep at 10pm and always wake up at 6am, your body will always know that it gets to sleep at a certain point versus going to bed at 10pm one night then 2am the next night then 5am the night after. Get on a sleep schedule.
i would love to know this as well. But to be honest man, i believe its geared more towards college studies/ect.. Although Arnold said you only need 6 hours of sleep (he was also on the juice). But i think 6-7 hours is good enough. Plus, working out all day long is not productive. So i think you need to train hard, but have another thing on the side to push yourself towards.
You can't blame them. Just forgive. For the first; you will feel alot better if you forgive. And for the second: They did the best they could based on their awareness. They dont know everything that you know so you cant judge them based on what you know and what you have learned. From personal experience, I've had the same thing happened, and I just forgive them. They don't know any better. How have you turned things around? :P
Also, look at military personel; FFL, Marines, Seals etc. These are some of the most top conditioned people in the world, trained to live on very little sleep (3-5 hours each night) and push themselves to extreme limits in all types of environments while getting shot at. I think you'll be fine.
Would you mind if I use certain parts of your speech for a song? If you dont mind than you can send me your email so I can send you the song when it's done.
Matt Kroczaleski, top strength athlete and bodybuilder goes on less than 4 hours sleep everynight. Although hes an exception not the rule, it shows what you can accomplish if you put your mind into it.
you are lucky if you get 9 hours to sleep. I got only 3 to 4 hours to sleep. I work 40 hours a week and still go to college and do all the other stuff all by my own.
its more than not sleeping. its more about being efficient with the hours you have. ET always say you need rest but not stupid lengths of sleep. paraphrasing obvs lol

Fire!!!
No sleep and no days off!
sleep is used as a metaphor, instead of going out work harder and longer on your craft

8 and 8:30 love when he says that
So he goes to bed at 8-9? I always wondered since he gets up at 3.

Proverbs 20:13
listen if i wake up at 3am and go to bed at 12am how the hell can i concentrate for the rest of the day off 3 hours sleep.
just sleep, these aren't rules set in stone. It's a guideline
its more than not sleeping. its more about being efficient with the hours you have. ET always say you need rest but not stupid lengths of sleep. paraphrasing obvs lol
your body will get used to it if you sleep 5 to 6 hours no more no less :)
2-4 probably. maybe with a nap in between or something like that. thats just my guess
if you finish you can take a nap
i have a masters degree, it can't be done in one day.
