suppose a fresher has a good skills as similar to 3 YOE person, so how he will ger job, how to land into company, calls ? package ? do company hire them ?
The best possible way is through campus placements for freshers. Else referrals also work. But if you have right skills and atleast intern experience for sometime it's very much possible to land up a DE role.
@@yedlaakshaykumar7671 now a days it has become very difficult to get into industry as a fresher if you are applying offcampus. shashank please make a video on it how to get a job in data field as a fresher for a bsc grad.
@@Sachinkiprachi True ! Unless if you're from NITs or IITs it is difficult indeed as a fresher but still it again depends on skills and strong projects at end of the day.

Sir at present iam working on Mssqlserver from last 2 years It is mandatory to learn mysql or postgresql for data engineering or ok with Microsoft sql server.

Whoever r in data field since begining only they people get above 10 lakhs rs ,however, in mechanical field noone is getting 15 LPA package even after 10 years of experinece.

Certifications, Projects and Problem Solving can get you an entry level job may not be at your target company but atleast you can start somewhere.

Sql is a language. Its same for all of them Mysql, postgres, mssql or oracle. No need to learn others
