If you are having trouble removing water spots on your glass or windshield this is the video you need to watch. I have heard of all kinds of different products. I have seen all the claims. This stuff works. I am not one to tell you to use something just because. I bought this on my own and have no deal with this company. I just want to share a good product that worked to remove water spots. I have seen the claims online and wanted to try it for myself. In this video I will show you how to use the water spot remover on glass, side windows and windshield. I also test the paint water spot remover as well. If you want to remove acid rain or other water etching this is the way. Best product For spot removal I have ever used. It does take some work but I think you will be impressed with the results. This stuff really does work great. I brought a 1995 Chevy C1500 Truck a couple years ago and tried this stuff on the mirror and windows. It really does work. I put a buffing pad on a drill and it works great without wearing out my shoulders. I highly recommend this. Depending on how heavy the water spots are, you may have to do it twice. But definitely works.

While working at a large dealership detail shop one summer, we used diluted muriatic acid on the glass and it worked beautifully. Using such a chemical is dangerous but you can mitigate those risks. PPE is necessary and keep a neutralizing agent nearby in case of skin contact etcetera. It was diluted enough to not melt your skin but it would start burning enough to feel it after a few seconds. Skin contact was no major problem and we had plenty of time to address any direct contact. Mostly we just hit the area of contact with high pressure water after spraying that specific window (rarely on forearm just above glove line). Hot desert climate so, of course, I'm in shorts and short sleeve t-shirt.

The problem with buffing the waterspots out of the paint is your just driving the minerals deeper into the paint so the waterspots go away only to come back up and reappear later. Best to use a good water spot remover for the paint before you buff it. It breaks down the waterspot causing minerals then clean it off then you can buff the paint. DIY Detail has a simple spray for waterspots on paint.
That way you can just spray, wipe and rinse and then buff with less elbow grease. That window waterspot remover looks legit though 👍🏼

When it comes to hard water restoration, I've been in the game for over a decade so I know my stuff. I'm not boasting here but just want to set the scene so that you realize what I can bring to the table. As soon as I heard about this new product everyone was talking about, my curiosity got the better of me and of course I just had to investigate it closer. It became clear pretty quickly though, that while this product might have its uses, on glass surfaces it can leave a nasty micro-scratch effect - like a web of scratches sitting over the top. A quick check in natural sunlight will be enough to convince anybody that this isn't a suitable treatment for something as delicate as glass.

I agree to an extent. It should probably not be used with a machine

I was looking for someone to comment about that! I'm a professional auto detailer and I've tried out numerus products... all of them will leave very fine micro holograms especially when looking in direct sun with windows being tinted. Its very annoying can make some un happy customers with high end cars that are meticulous about their cars. Every car manufacture, Glass reacts different some i clay bar then just buff with a compound and some i use glass cleaner and 0000 steel wool. liquid acid is also great but avoid direct sun light

I was kinda hesitating on ordering this product but after watching your video I’m definitely going to order it now they have a bundle glass and paint plus ceramic coating for $79 so I’ll be ordering that great video though

Watched the whole video, Looks to be a good product. But I've been using Meguiar's Heavy Duty Oxidation Remover for water spot and that works with effortless rubbing with microfiber towel and a little rubbing. I used it alot on customers vehicle throughout the years. Full Time Mechanic 15 years +
