Hello Dr. I am 20 years old, I have a problem in the retinal area in my eyes, swelling in the retina, watery discharge, due to this reason, one year ago, steroid injections were given in my eyes, due to this reason, it was done all over my body. Whenever u r given some steroid treatment, u know that it will increase weight. So During treatment, u have to follow strict diet control ( no more calorie intake, more fruits and salads like that) and regular exercises.

I took streiod for 4 years to gain weight... Not continuously.... There were 1 500mg capsule in the morning and 1 tablet to chew... I gain weight 48 to 105 in 4 years ...
