Geoff McCoy is arguably one of the best, most thoughtful and inventive shaper ever if you are into shaping and surfing you wont learn more useful info than is available in these videos. Thanks for being so generous and sharing this info Geoff I know I will be using all this stuff in the next board I make for myself.

I have a 9ft 6 inch McCoy single fin and I love it. Geoff makes a point about the dome cutting through waves more easily and I totally agree, it's very noticeable on his board compared to my McTavish. I think his theories on flow and energy are spot on.
After surfing on McCoys, all other surfboards look like crude ironing boards to me. Best surfing experiences ever since I got McCoys. Mine are single fins. I surf these designs in Florida.

I have a Mccoy. Two years and I am still not used to how quickly this board takes off. Its like a rocket. Amazing!
