- This video is to show how the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e does duplex (two-sided) scanning. It wasn't that clear on first use and the spec sheets don't make it clear either.
I use Chromebooks (i.e. ChromeOS) so have no direct connection to the HP printer. The printer can either scan to email, directly into Google Drive or to a USB stick.
You can get this printer on Amazon UK here amzn.to/3RIH8F2
Found a solution for a problem I encountered. It won't change to 2 sided scanning in the printer shortcut menu in Chinese. Changed to English and it miraculously worked. Hope this helps others with the same problem
Thanks a lot. That turned out to be true for German as well.
I was actually questioning my intelligence for not finding the option.
Great. Thx for show us! ☺
Thanks ! ! ! I wish HP could have documented this 😏
can't get top tray to load for scanning. Only scans from the bed. Is there a setting for this?
I have issue with that too!
Why don’t you just change the default settings in the web interface or printer menu or scanning menu? It won’t speed up the two sided scanning but it’ll save you needing to go into the shortcut menu in the first place.
What's the rush, what do you want 100 mph scanning?
What's the rush? This is a $300 printer. You can buy single pass duplex scanner for half the price that scans documents 20x faster.
But can you scan duplex automatically?
Too much jumping around. No step by step instruction!
How can I do reverse copying when I have multiple pages to copy?
Thanks for the video. Thinking of getting this printer/scanner and precisely what I need to know. Does paper jam easily while scanning?
No, not experienced a paper jam yet.
