If you haven’t seen a guide to bts you should do a reaction to the guide to the bangtan 7 by taylor mari. Its a 47 min video. But you will learn soo much and Armys don’t mind long genuine reactions
No there's nothing sexual about this song it's about the fear of lossing one's passion for one's art in their case the art being Song Writing, Composing, Producing, Singing, Rapping, dancing even just going up one stage. There's a famous quote by the famous dancer Martha Graham 'A Dancer dies twice, once when they stop dancing.. this is the most painful death'
The part you liked was by 2 different members- J-Hope and Suga. J-Hope did the deepest depths line, but then you said you liked Suga's part too which was right after J-Hope's part. I think you are still confused who is who because Suga actually had a lot of parts in the song. And Jimin was the one with the blue hair who danced in the spotlight. Black Swan is a song of off BTS Map of the Soul: 7 album that came out back in February 2020. BTS had a massive world tour planned for all of 2020 which ultimately was cancelled due to the pandemic. BTS intended for Map of the Soul: 7 to be their last album before pursuing solo projects and enlisting in the military for their mandatory service (if you aren't aware as of last week all 7 members of BTS are now serving in the military, but they'll be back together in June 2025). They were already so burnt out at the time and so yes this song is about their fear of losing their passion and love for music. But they decided to keep pushing on during the pandemic by releasing their album BE and their English song trilogy to cheer up people during that difficult time. And they did get to perform a few concerts before Jin enlisted in the army last year. You can check out RM's Indigo album that came out last year. He released 2 music videos for the album Wild Flower ft. youjeen and Still Life ft. Anderson .Paak. He also did a solo concert at the Rolling Hall which is available to watch on BTS channel bangtantv.
The 'Shadow' is from Jungian Psychology and represents the part of the mind that were we hid our darkest thoughts, feeling and fears in this case it's the fear of losing their passion for their art with it falling down into nothingness it represents they've conquered that fear.
There is a contemporary dance performance to an instrumental version of this song that is incredible - it was part of a series of art installations that were done as a part of the promotion of the album this song was on. The album, Map of the Soul:7 is based on the psychological theories of Carl Jung, and a person's Ego, Shadow, and Persona. So this song was BTS facing their own shadow of "what if I can no longer do what I'm passionate about" (it could be forced on them, or coming from them). There is a quote in the contemporary dance performanc I mentioned above, from a famous ballerina - Martha Graham: "a dancer dies twice - once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful." BTS is basically taking that concept beyond just dancing into their own lives of music, dance, performance. What if they can't do it anymore (injury, decline in popularity, any number of other reasons), or what if they don't want to do it anymore - if they lose their passion for it? The Map of the Soul album has songs related to all of the aspects of Jung's theory - Ego (j-hope), Shadow (SUGA), and Persona (RM), and the entire album also explores those things in various ways.
A lot of BTS lyrics are very deep. BTS = Bangtan Sonyeondan which translates to Bulletproof Boy Scouts. J Hope says "To be resistant to bullets, to block out stereotypes, criticisms, and expectations that aim on adolescents like bullets, to preserve the values and ideals of today's adolescents."💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
2:28 THIS IS NOT AT ALL A SEXUAL SONG, FUN FACT: After watching Black Swan movie a couple times RM got inspired and decided to write a song about the sacrifice an artist makes when they lose the passion or stops performing which is the hardest thing to do the first time around. In the MV they display the meaning behind the track as JIMIN shows the emotion through his solo freestyle dancing reflecting as their shadows since he’s the black swan and brings out his wings (which wasn’t part of the original choreography) this particular dance was done by brailizan dancer which Jimin helps the others since it’s more his element with assistance from Hobi and JK. I also noticed Jin’s reflection didnt move within the mirrors when he turned around 👀 on top of them all dancing barefoot. *The song is very sad even though it may not appear that upbeat, it’s about a dancer who dies twice (not literally) but inside when the artist stops performing which is the first death is most painful* BTS and all of artist fear of one day they may lose the passion for music and dance, making them die their first death.* #BlackSwan #BTS
Fearing burn out. Made beautiful. Use of the Martha Graham quote " a dancer has two deaths and the first death is the hardest". Solo RM DO YOU or JOKE then there's his MONO and BICYCLE. and recently the amazing INDIGO where every track is a different genre with some amazing collaborative partners. It is a critically aclaimed masterpiece that is greater than the sum of its parts. However contrast STILL LIFE with WILDFLOWER both have MVs. You will get a tiny glimpse of the musical diversity. LONELY is my perfect Lockdown song and CHANGE made me snort and smile in surprise at the recognisable but surprising drunken dissafection of this creative startling and raw complaint.

A black swan is an event which occurs suddenly and unexpectedly most often with negative consequences. I'll let others describe the context and the application of Jungian psychology native to this track. To me you started off with some weird sexual thing and only seemed to pick up the lyrics during the mid-song rap section. The messaging, however, started right out the gate and seemed not to be engaged. Perhaps treating the title playfully caused this. To me, the opportunity to see Black Swan as a serious message filled track would have been there for you had you started wanting to impress us with your analytical skills. Instead, you opened trying to show "charm" to your viewers by being playful. It felt like an opportunity to shine which was missed.
RM solos, Seoul, Wild Flower, Still Life. Recommend Blood Sweat and Tears, Idol, DNA, Crystal Snow, Life Goes On, On Kinetic Manifesto, Mic Drop Steve Aoki remix. Lastly watch So What any live performance. Jimin did the fancy dancing, his dancing is amazing. Generally speaking BTS don't do sexual songs, and their love songs are usually about their relationship with Army. If you don't know Jin watch Epiphany, as a live performance.
4:21 Please don’t even go there and if you actually pay attention to the lyrics it’s a very personal and sad song. Anyone in their position after many years of doing what came to be part of their life then suddenly ends, how would you reaction? This is about fear of losing their passion for what makes them happy and be alive.
This song is about losing your passion for your art, not about sex. PLEASE React to the guide. You will never get to know or understand BTS if you just do 1 or 2 songs a month, and you don't try to get to know the artist. There was no part that was sexual.

RM has a solo album called Indigo, it was released in late 2022. He also has a mixtape called Mono and a bunch of early solo works as well.

You should watch to RM "Joke". It REALLY shows off his rapping chops. That's actually why he wrote it, to show how good of a rapper he is.
Why do men think 'Black Swan's the movie is sexual? Is it because of the one sex scene?
The whole song is absolutely fire i love it. You gotta hear jin and more of V.
Check out RM's Joke , Do you and Wild Flower
