Hi Victor. One more question please. My first paragraph is quite lengthy with a total of 363 words. Is this okay? In the paragraph I have sentence introducing the type of leader I think I am and I am detailing one role but covering 2 scenarios where I feel I made an impact. I plan on adding 2 more paragraphs (covering different roles) and a conclusion but I'll definitely stick to the max 500 words.

The idea is to minimize the number of words and sentences you use on already known facts. Make your intro brief.

Hi Victor. What would you advise someone who has not held any professional leadership position but aspires to be a leader? What should such a person include in the essay in order to get this scholarship?
The Chevening Scholarship is for applicants with at least 2 years work experience. With this, it is expected that you should have occupied some form of post-study (professional) leadership position. From the best of my knowledge, Chevening priorities professional experience over any other kind.

Hello Victor. Great work you're doing here. I would like to know if it is possible for a Chevening applicant to upload an unconditional offer from an institution that is not part of the 3 institutions stater in the application form and whether it is acceptable?
No, it must be the institutions mentioned in the application form.
