It's not really all that scary when you think about it. Those things have to eat too. As long as you don't get out of the bed before 5am, you are fine. We lost couple of brothers this way. Dad told them to stay in bed and they just wouldn't. They weren't smart enough to cure cancer but the world missed out on a couple guys that would have tremendous fry or shake guys at McDonald's.

Ah. So when it is 2 am and you're by yourself in an abandoned place, also in complete blackness, with only a 3-4 inch screen of your phone/camera being your only form of light and sight, you would stand firm while (allegedly) an apparition, or a shadow, or something starts charging at you?
You gotta admit that some experiences are too freaky or out of place to not react to it.

@MS Austin I mean, it's people like these that provide the content to remind me not to go there, for one. And two, adventuring and exploring don't mean putting your life and others in danger with something that humans aren't supposed to perceive or interact with without the proper respect. Also, do such permits to go into these areas actually exist? How many of them aren't just doing it for clout or fame? I'm very well aware not every "adventurer", or "explorer", or "investigator" is the same. But that goes for every area as well. Not all of them are known or guarded by a company that need to give out permits for. It depends on the place, and a lot of these abandoned places are abandoned for a reason. If you know the consequences of going in but still want to go in but then get your own ass scared silly because you got what you were looking for and not because you went in on your own accord when nobody asked you to go in, then you're simply trespassing. You're not going in with the ghosts' permission, you're going in with another human beings permission. That's not the same.
@MS Austin There are so many better things to do. But people just want to do this, and for what? People want to mess with things they don't understand, or shouldn't understand. They provoke what they can't see. They invite it in. Then, when it does come into their lives they back out like it's the ghosts fault for them getting scared. Apparently he saw his dead friend and was especially scared because he was worried this it would happen while playing the game. Could be a self-induced scare, but it is a scare nonetheless.
I’m glad someone brought it up, it definitely seems like he truly got distressed by whatever he was seeing, whether real or he’s visualizing it because of the encouragement of the game they’re playing. It certainly seems like at he is very frightened, that seems real for sure.
If it was real, it seems that he originally heard the bad news, and this time he actually witnessed it. Either way, that will definitely haunt him now

About 20 years ago a friend had moved into her first place. After about a couple of days she started hearing strange noises. Stuff went missing, lights would be on in the morning, kitchen would be a mess, things moved. She was to afraid to leave her bedroom when she would hear things. After a week of this, she asked for my help. I didn't think it was a ghost but something far more terrifying. So that night she stayed at my placed and I went to hers. Got to her place moved around as if I was her. Pretended to go to bed but snuck into the kitchen pantry. About an hour later this creepy dude comes out of the attic acces that's in the kitchen. I butsed out, subdued the guy and got the cops there. Apparently he had been up there for three months and had access to six different places. So incredibly thankful he wasn't dangerous and no one got hurt.

I feel like the video at 20:44, by opening the door, I feel like Maddy technically invited the spirit inside of her home. It's just like those ghost stories; if you hear knocking at your front door and nobody is there, do NOT open the door. Unless you want to invite them in.

The kid getting pulled under the bed reminded me of a story my mom told about my oldest sister. This happened before I was even born and my sister was between 4 & 7, I can't remember her exact age, but it was in that range. Anyway, she had been dealing with night terrors, which are much different and much more real and terrifying than nightmares. My mom woke up to her screaming at the top of her lungs in her sleep so she rushed into her room and saw a very tall, black, oily figure standing over my sister's bed. My mom walked through the figure, grabbed my sister, and walked out all while praying and rebuking the thing. My sister stopped having night terrors after that.

Alexis is definitely sleep walking. I used to be a chronic sleep walker. My mom finally took me to a sleep clinic when I was 14 because I had followed music my neighbors were playing at their bonfire. I just walked up and stood there. Freaked them the hell out😂😂😂
When sleep walking though, the brain just acts normally like it would as if it were awake. To not blink is to actively go against an automatic response, and to not blink SO LONG that her eyes teared up… that’s just a big red flag to me, idk
@@OtterThanMost I have a problem with sleep walking and sleeping with my eyes open (mostly due to lack of deep sleep). It's actually given me chronic dry eye and my eyes will be fully bloodshot and tearing by the time I snap out of it.

Yes I agree, i was also a sleep walker and in fact I used to scare the shit out of my parents doing exactly what this girl did. My mom would wake to me standing at the foot of her bed just looking at them. I never ever remembered doing it though.
My brother is a chronic sleep Walker and we shared room so when I woke up to get a glass of water I noticed that he wasn't in his bed do I thought he was somewhere around the house but I saw the front door open so I woke up mom and dad that he sleep walk outside and we found him in the convenience store that was only a minute walk away from our house
Sleep walkers tend to blink don’t they? Because the brain is still awake even though it’s sleeping. She did not blink at all.
I’m honestly not sure, I sleep with my eyes open all the time and I don’t block then. I also sleep walk so I’d guess I don’t blink.
I've had seizures called vasovagal syncope, or something to that effect. From what my friends told me when they happened, I looked just like the girl in the video, so there are medical explanations of what is happening. The difference is I fell down every time I had one, so I don't think that's exactly what is happening here, but it could be some other type of seizure, like epilepsy or similar.
Both my younger brother and I sleepwalked, as well as my niece and my cousin. I babysat for all three and witnessed them sleepwalking and all three of them had their eyes closed but carried on conversations with me. I found the best way to deal with them was to anser them and just guide them back to their beds, but never ever attempt to wake them. It tends to end with the sleepwalker either screaming or punching you.
In my humble opinion, I think most videos on any given channel can (and probably are) staged, but there are also many that I think would either be difficult or impossible to stage. Those are compelling and those are the ones that are truly scary. I like Nuke's objective approach and his commentary is professional, which makes it an appealing channel to watch. Keep up the good work!

When we were kids my dad used to suffocate in his sleep and mom usually helped him through those times but my mom got transferred because of her work and me and my brother had to take care of this.
One night my dad was starting to choke but got up immediately and cleared his throat. My brother in his sleepy state jumped on top of my dad and started to struggle and scream thinking my dad was suffocating. My brother was so strong in that state, both me and my dad couldn't move him so the only solution was to whack his face and he had no idea what happened.

People do have the ability to hypnotize themselves and each other. I've never heard of that 'Red Door, Yellow Door' game, but he was in a classic state of hypnosis with no previous guidance on how to wake up, that he's safe, etc. like a professional would do. That is very scary, and I just feel terrible that he had to relive the trauma of his friend's death.

Franco is the kind of cameraman all paranormal teams need. He doesn't bullshit when looking around a corner and goes straight to where he saw the girlish figure peek around at him instead of conveniently looking elsewhere for a second, and THEN looking where the girlish figure was. That alone makes his footage far more believable than so many ghost videos I have seen.
This slow moving around the corner is a fake sign. They make it look like the pov in an movie. I agree, you might watch slowly behind the wall. But with your eyes, not the smartphone. So moving the smartphone, so it appears feeling like the eyes of the viewer is a sign for hoaxes. Because in such paranormal cases you would peek with your head, if you are frightened, not with your hand ;)

When I was a kid we moved from our house to a new one. I saw a dream that a small child enters the room crying and hug me but then bite me aggressively. I told about my dream to my mom and grandma they said it’s just a dream but I got sick for months. Doctors couldn’t understand what happened to me. One day mom took me to my aunts house and I got better slowly then we came back and again I got sick. We were confused. I saw the same child hugging and biting me almost every night. I was left in bones. My grandma asked few old people about the house cause she felt something and she found out that a small child was starved to dead by her step mother in the same house. We left the house and I got better.

I remember one of my housemates had a roommate who sleep walks and would always be digging in the kitchen drawer, this went on for weeks til one night his roommates were watching him sleepwalk then noticed he picked up a kitchen knife and goes walking back to the room, they shut the door on him as he was pushing on the door, he eventually dropped the knife they let him in and he went back to sleep
This same thing happened to me.. I was in a bunk bed with my brother but he was fast asleep when my dad just came in and stayed there..I was only 6 or 7 so I was to scared to get up and tried to fall asleep. 16:31 is the worst one for me. What isn’t mentioned in the video is that you can see it’s hands holding onto the door frame, quite far apart. I’d say fairly impossible to fake, unless you had a bench behind the wall, but then that doesn’t even explain how you do the final move up.

Still creepy, one of its hands goes and holds onto the top of the door, so even wider distance now. And it seems to then live up to the top, slowly, not in that fast move of this video.

Children go missing all the time from various places in the US. That child the guy saw could easily be one of them. It takes a bit to stop one of those trucks safely. It would have been easy for the child to take off or the captor to grab them again. I truly hope that if this is the case that the child will eventually be found. Honestly, in this instance, I prefer that they saw a ghost.

I'm quite skeptical about scary videos, but whenever I see that animal (usually dog or cat, or even a baby) senses something, I think it's 100 percent real. I mean, you just can't fake animal instinct

#14 reminded me when my family, & I lived in a house basically right behind a church. After some time my sisters started to hear a girl crying coming from downstairs, which was sort of hard to believe for me at the time. I would only see dark shadow figures passing the hallway which I thought was just my eyes playing tricks, then one night I was sleeping on my couch In the living room alone, listening to music. I opened my eyes to change my song when I seen half a girls face peaking at me from the stairs, long black hair, pale face, & hands. As soon as I noticed her, she ducked down. I remember closing my eyes, lying back down, too scared to open them, again. Caught me off guard for sure. I haven't thought about it for years until recently, & definitely still frightens me.

With the sleep walking, it happens to me. I will preface this with: I am bed bound and use a wheelchair to get about. I had an accident as a child which makes it extremely difficult and painful for me to walk, so usually I don't move around much. Sometimes I will sit up in bed, and hold full conversations in a weird, flat tone with people. It freaks the hell out of my boyfriend. I once did it for twenty full minutes.
I couldn't be woken, and for the first five minutes, it was assumed I was pulling a prank. I wasn't. I have managed to walk down the stairs, to other rooms, although it usually causes me great pain to go anywhere. I have no idea how I got there, and when I am woken, I've always needed someone to hold me up, or I fall down. Its exceedingly strange, but not paranormal, just my mind playing tricks the doctor tells me.
He can't really explain why I can walk so easily, though, or why it doesn't seem to hurt me when I go wandering around like that. He suggested that because my brain is asleep, the pain nerve impulses just don't get through. I usually end up straining or injuring something on these weird nights. I wish it would stop, to be honest. It's not fun to wake up somewhere random and have no idea how you got there. Plus, the pain afterwards is awful.

I've had seizures called vasovagal syncope, or something to that effect. From what my friends told me when they happened, I looked just like the girl in the video, so there are medical explanations of what is happening. The difference is I fell down every time I had one, so I don't think that's exactly what is happening here, but it could be some other type of seizure, like epilepsy or similar.

I have actually been the sleepwalking (or I suppose it was more like sleeptalking) sister in this scenario and I remember it quite vividly. I sat upright in bed in the middle of the night and started talking about drinking blood - I think my brain was still in a dream state and hadn't woken up with the rest of my body. My sister immediatelly started freaking out and I was still in a very calm and semi-unconscious state so I just kept mumbling, not really sure why she was freaking out - the thing I remember is that I didn't feel sleepy or tired. Even though I remembered saying the weird things she was freaking out about, my brain couldn't make the actual connections to properly formulate real thought. My sister says I collapsed and then when she woke me up I acted as though she had just woken me from a deep sleep, even though I felt and sounded somewhat lucid a few minutes prior.
