Thank you so much for letting us hear the voicings. My mother's name was Helen Potter, so I was a bit startled. She also played piano. Our church just bought the YDP-165 and I am road testing the instrument. Even though there is an instruction book, I learn better by watching than trying to figure out jargon of the music industry folk.
the camera work would have been better if during the left hand right split recording feature if it actually showed what her hands were doing....ie right hand alone while left hand previous recording playing along.
"They sampled all of the voices (of the CFX concert grand)": well, then how many voices does such a CFX concert grand have? So they sampled all of the one voices of the CFX
Surely it has 88 keys and around 230 strings without the left pedal pushed, and 88 with it pushed? It then has differrent timbre according to how hard the strings are hit?

What are the tactile difference of the keys versus YDP-S54? How about the acoustic differences of the 2 models? Thanks!
