It's a really good move but I didn't realize just how good until I saw how much Woahhzz abused it. It's a vertical so it prevents people from trying to twitch duck. It's probably Setsuka's one move where if it whiffs because the opponent steps, it's pretty difficult to punish since she propels herself forward and the opponent has to go chase her down. By the time they do that Setsuka's probably recovered enough to block. And if it hits, the opponent is immediately in a mix and has to guess between high and low for 50+ damage.
Something that I'm just having trouble with. I don't watch this guy play normally but at least in this video he clearly knows siegried optimization, but there are so many times when he has the bnb wall combo and could easily have sealed the win but for some reason doesn't. I understand that mistakes happen especially in online play, however this is way too inconsistent for somebody who is high rank.

It triggers when Setsuka has low HP and whiff punishes a light attack (LV3 GI attacks). It's extremely situational and a hard read cause you can't really agB on reaction after sidestepping a light move since they usually recover quickly.
