This is an interesting meditation. I tried to listen to while sleeping but was awake through most of it. The realization came was that I had some forgiveness to do and I was holding onto anger. The anger was my past self mad I wasn’t giving it attention anymore as a new me comes out. Jessica, what do you think I should do?

It's all down to how strongly We believe in it, really Feel it in our hearts. I waver a lot so manifest only in trickles...the more we can Feel as though it has already happened, the faster it will appear. So aim to create how you will Feel when it's there, act as IF it's there & the Universe will mirror this back to you - this is about holding the frequency & staying in alignment with that. Hope that helps a bit!

I do understand all that you have said and that's what I have also heard from Abraham Hicks but the ultimate question is how do I feel like a millionaire when I haven't been a millionaire before? How should I feel like a wealthy powerful guy when I haven't been a wealthy powerful guy before? I can keep telling myself all day long, all month long that I am a millionaire and a powerful guy but deep down in my heart I know I am not and I don't know a millionaire feels and behaves. With that being said, I can't align the thoughts/ desires with the correct feelings
@extrahahaha it's all in the mind! Aim for feelings peace, joy, relief as opposed to 'I am a millionaire' which doesn't really mean anything as such, I think that's the best way forward. Likewise re Abraham. They are right, it's a feeling state. The whole concept of Surrender, allowing, etc. Trust me, I'm on a tough path here too - or rather - I am so used to a feeling of 'lack' that I'm having to watch I don't focus on that & then just reward myself with further lack! Literally-I'm on benefits cos of ill health - have always been in this type of position-so I appreciate your frustrations! Keep finding things to keep u soothed, to feel grateful for, that helps us shift into a more receptive mode for sure...and try to face any old fears etc if needed. Otherwise they keep running in the background. I come from intense abuse/dom violence/etc so have v much had to clear a lot of CPTSD out of the way to get anywhere near 'this' stage. Keep faith that you are Deserving. We are are. 💙

It always arrives on time!
