City of Troy is a contrast of two outstanding champions in Seattle Slew and Justify the youngster shows running pattern of Seattle Slew hence come Breeders Cup Classic day City of Troy will give a grand display of running ability end of story
End of story. LOL. Why would you make claims like that when you have no idea. LOL. City of Troy ran like a clydesdale. Lemme guess...you're gonna delete your post now?
Excellent content…always enjoy…unfortunately although from ky with horses in my blood…moved to Denver two yrs back and was given huge construction contract n West Jordan, Utah . Been here 22 weeks today ….no gambling sites are available here …went to Nevada for derby Preakness and Belmont days ..no football baseball either😢😢. Your content is top notch.
After listening to Randy Moss, City of Troy is the one I'm throwing out. Gotta throw someone out. Gotta use some piece of info. O' Brian is 2/75 on dirt races. That being said, It's because he's had all turf horses. The reason I'm throwing him out, is his breeding. As Moss pointed out....he's ALLLLLLLLL grass on the bottom side of genealogy. Doesn't mean he won't smash everyone, but again, gotta find a reason to eliminate horses. Moss talked pretty highly of Forever Young. He says Sierra Leone is almost as good as Fierceness, but SL won't have a pace to run at. So personally, I'll still go with a longshot like Arthur's Ride, Highland Falls along with FY and Fierceness. Some combo involving those 4 in an exacta or trifecta.
I like most of your list! I'm not a fan of City of Troy, simply because the Euro horses RARELY do well in the BC Classic (they've won 2 out of 40 BC Classics), no matter how great they are overseas. The problem with Fierceness is trying to figure out WHICH Fierceness is going to show up for the Breeder's Cup. The Fierceness who needs a clean trip to win a race, or the Fierceness who gives up if he's getting bumped or squeezed or getting dirt on his face? I like Forever Young to win the BC Classic, BUT it all depends on how quickly he recovers from his recent fever spike. Muth spiked a fever prior to the Preakness and missed 5+ months. I also definitely believe that Dornoch will finish somewhere in the money.
Inside information, CITY OF TROY, has been trained using American starting stalls, even with the bell so that the bell worth be startled. So he should break and be in the box seat. And any horse that can outstay him will know it's been in a race. So don't be banking on City of Troy is gonna miss the break. And he likes to be on the pace, to me tough to beat
Great comment! I actually heard that same thing yesterday during the BC show. With Fierceness getting such a good draw it's like him getting point in a football game. I have to take a stand somewhere & I'll hold pat. CoT could blow em away & I'll tip my cap. Best of luck Michael!
Forever young will make his redemption in the classic, had the worst trip in the derby and still at the wire. Forever young will definitely run, can't say that about Firceness. Every race FY has ran he is at the wire.
City of Troy is the best Euro raider to run in the Classic since 1984 if he takes to dirt he wins simple as . Forever Young the best Japanese horse to run in the Classic and he won his prep yesterday easily . 1 forever young 2 city of Troy 3 Sierra Leone my prediction good video btw .
That was a good point. I was on my 'member' berries going back to the derby. I watched that race about 9 times & now convinced FY should have would have won the Derby had SL not drifted into him. Looked good yesterday winning the Japan Classic. Thanks for the feedback!.
@clarkhays8261 pointed out Dornoch has been retired as of just a couple days after releasing this. I'll have an update video later this week. FYI retired at 3 same as his full brother Mage.
The Troyan horse will have you lot fighting for catch me up. When the rest runs their socis at a mile, City of Troy will just be crusing into contention for the last 2 furlongs. Remember he has won at a mile 2 and a mile 4. So he stays all day long and at the same high speed. Impossible to bit this foreign monster.
Let's see how he likes the dirt, especially when it's spraying in his face if he's not on the lead. We hear it EVERY year before the BC Classic: So and So horse is going to ship over from Europe and kick the butts of those American horses. So far, the Euro-horses have won TWO out of 40 BC Classics. Good luck!
@@TheProfessorOfLife no this one is the one. It's call a Troyan for a reason it's a true legend. It's been cut from 7/2 into 2/1 . And by the end of the month it will be 6/4 short, maybe 6/5 . Bookies know those are very highly winning odds.
@@JimmiHidalgo-Lopez If there is ANY overseas horse who has a good chance to win the BC Classic, that horse is Forever Young. He would have won the Kentucky Derby if he had not been assaulted by Sierra Leone and his jockey at the end of the race.
@@jhonnychang1301I also believe that Forever Young will win the BC Classic, assuming he doesn't get mugged like he did in the Kentucky Derby. He is a classy horse with a great stride.
