I made the windmill this wkend. I used cardboard in place of the placemats. I just realized I can't post a pic of it tho? I love your channel! Everything you make always looks so classy and never looks like Dollar tree items. Thank you for the inspiration ❤
All of these are great!! Just a suggestion.. I do wood work outdoor signs and I use teak oil first and flex seal spray after and they hold up in any weather and it works for painting as well just leave off the teak oil I’ve tried Thompson water seal and it starts peeling after a while so I tried flex seal and it is the best

Good video. Some suggestions... 1. You can remove the flowers & gardens label by using acetone or isopropyl alcohol. 2. Graphite paper is amazing for tracing on letters or designs (i print out fonts) and then paint it all at once with a paint pen. 3. For doing ribbons, if you cut them then burn the edges with a lighter so it stops the fray

Oh my gosh do you ever have fails. I’ve seen these all before but definitely was worth another view. I never visited a DT until November 2019, now I’m addicted and miss my weekly visits. That windmill is awesome.
Surprisingly I never have to toss many projects, but I do have to fix things I didn't like, such as wrong color or paint/glue bubbles up.. I think crafting is all about going for it and covering up mistakes! 🤣❤️

However, my mom and I have always watched & 💕 💗 💕 FLEA MARKET FLIP & I somehow came across the Dollar Tree DIY home tutorials and have not been able to do anything productive since. I have been sitting at home glued to my phone watching video after video getting inspired & trying to soak up what I can learn while I can. I have a few dollar trees in my area. I asked each one when they get their inventory delivery! I was informed they never know what they are getting to stock...so I check out the day of their delivery...afternoon or opening next day. :)
I went to Dollar Tree on average of three or more times a week. I work like 1/4 mile from one. I miss it but have seen how much money I was spending. 🙈😳
