I like both and am pretty unbiased, id have to give the edge to Stroud after watching his film last year but its close. Mostly because it took Love a bit to get going
I think CJ is a little better then Love but like Shannon said the AFC is just such a gauntlet with all 4 top tier QBs in it and when u look at the landscape of the NFC it’s very possible in a few seasons bc of cap issues or key player’s retiring that it can open up very easily for Love

Purdy has already been to a Super Bowl. This argument is ridiculous. I saw what the 49ers really looked like in that NFC championship game without Brock Purdy. People love to bring up his weapons but don’t want to acknowledge that the 49ers offensive line is awful outside of Trent Williams. This year they’re set to be 24th in the NFL according to PFF even if Trent Williams plays. How do you throw or run the football effectively without a good offensive line? I’m not sure but I know that Brock Purdy figured out how to get it done and he wasn’t dinking and dunking either because he led the league in air yards last season on about 150 less attempts than other QBs who were similar in passing yards.
Why is this even a debate? Stroud was a top 2 pick for a reason. Younger, more talented, done more in his first year.
