God gave us free will, not sin. Hell is being separated from God and is the absence of what God is or created…Love, mercy, light, water, etc. The only one that sends you to hell is yourself. @@faudio5566Hell is inherently forever (eternal). 😅 The Bible describes Hell as a real place-just as real as heaven above and the earth below (Philippians 2:10). However, Hell is in a spiritual dimension that can't be seen or traveled to. Same with Heaven. God sends those there who desire to be there. Your actions showcase your wants, and God abides by and respects your wishes. God designed marriage for one man and one woman, hence why pregnancy/childbirth is usually involved. Anything outside of that (3+ people, two men/two women, etc.) is unbiblical. 🤗
Abominations and so many weeping and wailing in repentance! Our Father’s mercies are new every morning! We need good Bible believing teachers to be bold with love!! Huge revival is happening!!
You know who really needed to hear this message? All the lost people at the United Methodist Church Convention when they were in the process of allowing LBGTQ individuals being pastors and influencers in the Methodist Church and also they were changing the defenition of marriage and to allow LBGTQ marriage. There was a Libyan pastor who was against the amendment and he basically said the same thing that the Bible is inspired and Godbreathed and us useful in instruction, correction and reproof etc and that God laid out his design for marriage. It is sad to see how as a world we have been taking a deep moral nose dive. God is coming back much sooner...we are one day closer that we were a day ago.
@@alondragonzalez6653Common misconception! We are called to righteously judge. John 7:24 = Do not judge by appearances, but judge with right judgment. Matthew 7:1-5 = Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. Speaking out against behaviors and lifestyles that God judges as “sin” is a form of judgement. We are called to do so. The Scripture that is used the most to support the idea that Christians should not judge is Matthew 7:1, where Jesus says to His disciples, “Judge not, that you be not judged.” It’s one verse that many unbelievers can quote. Another popular saying, taken from John 8:7, is “He that is without sin, let him cast the first stone.” But when we read these verses in their immediate contexts, it becomes obvious that Jesus is not warning against every kind of judging but against hypocritical, self-righteous judging (see Matthew 7:1-5; John 8:1-11). In other words, judgmental people must remember that they will be judged by the same standard they apply to others: “In the same way you judge others, you will be judged” (Matthew 7:2). There is no place for spiritual hypocrisy or pride. Christians can and must take a stand against sin, but, even then, our dealings with others should be marked by grace, mercy, and humility. A Christian must “judge” or discern between good and evil (Hebrews 5:14)! We must make spiritual evaluations of the words and behavior of others, not to find fault, but to effectively guard our hearts against error and sin (1 Corinthians 2:14-15; Proverbs 4:23).
The truth shall set you free. So tired of all these lies that are being spread like wildfire through out the world. If we dont stand up to evil we will continue to sit with darkness. I dont know about you but when theres a fire I dont want to be caught sitting around. Praise Jesus for Ed and I thank you for being completely honest about your views on the way that God designed us to be in this world.
Thank you, Pastor Ed. We all face sin everyday. It was put upon us from Adam and Eve. From the beginning of time. Jesus is Gods grace!! We can be forgiven! Does God forgive us of everything? The ten commandments! We are forgiven if we ask? Thank you so much for this lesson. God bless you. 💕🙏🏻✝️🙏🏻

As an elementary teacher in California, I have already had 2 students last year want to transition. 1 3rd grader and 1 5th grader. A child is too young to make these unreverseable decisions and they should wait until the normal progression of a human body grows and then decide.
"A child is too young to make these unreverseable decisions" A child is smart enough to know that they are uncomfortable in the social role they've been cast in. Often better than adults. And there's nothing permanent about a new name and presentation change. Pre-pubescent children can't even transition because it's a post-pubescent process. "and they should wait until the normal progression of a human body grows and then decide." If someone is entering puberty, then all decisions are equal levels of permanent. If you're biased towards forcing children to go through the puberty that they decidedly do not want then I can't think of another reason for that bias outside of your personal comfort.
I feel this is a Pastor who hides away and prays in the Spirit. Who seeks the face of God. You cannot fake this Pastor. Everyone should be praying for this man. I've seen a few of these now. Love this Church family, the Bible is everything. The Bible is Jesus in print.
I must add my comment to this section after listening to your sermon I understand your compassion but I will say this this is not just something that all children go through your day my day we never struggled with are we a boy or a girl that's not the facts the facts are this is spiritual it's an attack of Satan on our young people he's going about roaring like a lion seeking whom he may devour and our children are the victims of this also it is before school this is starting now this is everywhere everything is in in everything that our children engage in from the day they're born now this is a very demonic demonic dark satanic attack on our children in more ways than one we are living in the last days before the return of Jesus Christ before the taking of the Bride from the earth and I'm telling you this is only the tip of the iceberg if Satan has his way it will be every person every child that he will take into Hellfire with him
@@GrokfordWe all see difference every day, in everywhere we go and in everybody we see. Me, you, them. If you’re projecting that’s one thing, but don’t try to force others to be something they’re not.
I pray daily that the church will soon learn that the church is not God. Difference is inevitable. God created all in God’s image, an image that is broader and greater than the church can imagine or think. As great as your message is, it loses its flavor when you deflect from sexuality to discrimination becoming less pronounced because of difference. You say be kind because people are wrestling and turn around in same breath and condemn those same people for not being who you claim for God they should be. Gender diaspora? The people aren’t mad and frustrated…you are, as is the church. You obviously have studied just enough to lay out a great message. I’m saddened that at the end of the day, you still tell them that God’s love, grace, and mercy are not enough for them.
Please listen to his message again. He talked of all sexual sins. YOU and me and all are made in God’s Image and you are loved. As a Christ follower, our TRUE identity is in Christ.

@@Denise-yj3se Oh that's such a pitiful exuse. It's still hypocrisy, it's still prejudice. It's playground passive agression. Do not patronize people continuing the charade that it's sincere.
The existence of male and female does not mean that our treatment of those categories is God-ordained, nor does it deny the existence of transgender or intersex biological states, nor does it imply a certain relationship must be created or maintained between the genders. Complementarianism is not a biblical concept. Neither are we required to marry or produce children, Paul specifically suggests otherwise. Scripture never limits intimacy of any type based on gender or marital status, save for that which is a betrayal of a marriage or adultery. Intimacy is not a finite resource; you can not use it up on previous experiences. There is no ban on pre-marital sex in scripture; virginity metaphors do not change that. ... I can not believe that you used the worst possible version of the "men and women fit together" argument. Maximum pleasure is not the natural function or goal of normal heterosexual sex it is a byproduct if anything. Some of the most sensitive parts of human anatomy are not even touched by normal heterosexual penetration. I can be specific if I need to, but I can't say that this reflects well on you. ... 1 Corinthians 6:9, along with 1 Timothy 1:10, contains a well-known mistranslation that originated in the '40s. (the 1946 RSV) Homosexuality was never mentioned in those passages nor could it have been because the Bible predates the concept by nearly seventeen centuries. Fornication is not even mentioned in the translation you used. Fornication was in 1 Corinthians 6:9 in the King James Version but has been removed in modern tranlations because fornication is a false cognate with the word _fornicatio_ which was used in the Latin vulgate and derives from the Latin _fornix_ loosly meaning brothel. The original Greek word _πορνεία_ or _porneia_ which _fornicaito_ was meant to translate likewise lacks any marital implications. ... God cares about how we act of course, so in that sense he cares about how we enact our sexuality but he does not seem to have any preferences on what form our latent sexuality takes, certainly not on the scale of no sexuality to a lot of it. ""...there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. "(Galatians 3:28b) I would argue that this also applies to gender. So while God might know, understand and acknowledge our sexuality(rather our sexual orientation) and our gender scripture seems to indicate that these are not relavant. Even ignoring for the moment that claiming that God cares about sexuality and gender is in opposition to scripture, it does not follow that stepping out of traditional notions of sexuality and gender automatically leads to all the things that you suggest. It is also largely presumptuous to act as if all the things you listed (17:00) are negative, single parents ought to fill the gap left by the missing parent It also highly ignorant to treat the modern nuclear family as if it is the God-ordained standard. The Nuclear family is largely the legacy of church intervention in Medieval Europe and European colonization thereafter. Treating a threat to a common social structure as a threat to Christian morality is privileging human social norms to the level of commandments and is an argument from social panic not scripture. You can also not simultaneously claim that low opinion of marriage is a bad thing while having a low opinion of the marriage commitments that you dislike. Scripture never says that a marriage had to match expectations, moral or social, to be considered marriage. It's still marriage if one spouse is abusive, it's still marriage if both spouses are the same gender. Though there is obviously no comparison as to which one is worse. ... Scripture never says that we should conform our minds to our bodies, in fact scripture says that God sees past our bodies "For the Lord sees not as man sees man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7. It is also a slippery slope argument to claim that we are looking at a future of 500 genders. The fact that we are discussing gender as something disconnected from sex should imply that we are not talking about biology anymore. It's social theorization to be sure, but it's hardly a rejection of biology or of God, it's just a new lens to look at people and society that may or may not prove valuable going forward. Our understanding of biological sex on the other hand is also not immune to greater exploration. The fact that our understanding is shifting should not inspire fear, it should inspire wonder at God's creation. ... The cross-contaimination between conservative Christians and radical feminists is really one of the more disturbing facets of modern culture. Of course women are more than menstruators but you're also more than a cancer patient, framing this as an either/or is dishonest medical terminology is about medical subjects not about general language or society. Gender dysphoria is not a common occurrence, there is little to no evidence that is disappears or that can be caused or undone, nor is there any compelling evidence of social contagion induced dysphoria so advocating for a model of parental responsibility is irresponsible. And what do you mean by talking to your children about gender? It rather sounds like you mean for parents to introduce culturally relative gender markers into their parenting to try to force their children to conform. I hope I'm wrong, but if I got that impression then I can't be the only one. ... Gender dysphoria is not a moral question. It is pain, it may be psychological pain but we as Christians need to move past the ideas the mental pain is illegitimate. *People will absolutely kill themselves over dysphoria* I agree that transition isn't the universal fix, but it is absolutely ignorant and _dangerous_ to claim or act as if social support is a universal solution that is enough to counteract the effects of dysphoria. I’m going to have to tap out here(27:06) I appreciate the attempt to address these issues with sensitivity and concern and the attempt to break the church out of the scandalization of sex, but not understanding the issues and utilizing radical feminist talking points and speculation do not make adequate substitutes for biblical truth. As Christians our responsibility is not to codify our cultural biases into biblical language, it is to take scriptural principles and apply them to our lives.
Thank you brother, this word was received (gonna be real, didn't read everything, jumped to the bottom) and I agree. As a former hyper intellectual Christian, this sermon scratched the itch I needed, bc rationalization and winning the mind had always been an idol for me in my walk, from a wound I had not allowed God to heal. Pray for us to let God heal us that we don't use our might or intellect for what the word says on its own. And pray that discernment edifies rather than takes down and divides the body, for the both of us and all who have gift of discernment ❤
You have no fear of God nor His Son. There is coming a day when God will judge the unrighteous. Even those who thinks their intelligence will save them. Sex is a real be issue with God. Several passages that I guess you just skipped over. And I'll just give you one. Read Romans chapter 1 . Or did you rip that out of the Bible too?
@@Thatssosad1234 Friend, I don't think that that was a polite or respectful way to address my comment. If you have any concerns or questions about my comment then I would be happy to answer them, but sermonizing me about hellfire and assuming my ignorance of an unrelated subjected is quite rude. But if that is one of your concerns I am well aware of Romans 1, I have a degree in biblical studies if that gives you a frame of reference for my knowledge level. I have reread my comment and, apart from a few typos that I've now corrected, I stand by everything I said.
When you have the Spirit, you can determine what is good and what is bad. It's not something that can always be taught just by words or through degrees. You can see what is good and what is bad by the fruits that they produce. I think sometimes we can focus too heavy on what is written/ translated when in fact it is much more simple. You mentioned a lot of things you believe the Bible does explicitly speak against. I'd ask you to consider if those things produce more bad fruits or good fruits/ things/ results on average. I really pray that God will reveal to you his truth through your further studies. I say this with love and hope. May God bless you.

Some churches, like this one, serve a nice hearty message, full of sustenance to live on (like meat & potatoes), and true to God's Word. If a church is not standing up against what is an abomination to God, then they are standing up for evil.
A former friend of mine granddaughter told me once there were 3 genders to this date I regret not correcting her as both her grandmother and her husband attended this church CBC but either corrected her, I'm sorry for not correcting her and asking her to point where in the Bible the 3rd gender was written.
If you call this Love then I think you can do better.
God is coming back much sooner...we are one day closer that we were a day ago.
judging is also a sin btw
@@alondragonzalez6653it’s not judgment. It’s the biblical objective truth.
Amen! People are going against God’s word by ordaining homosexual pastors and that is against God.
The Bible never claims any "design" for marriage.

As an elementary teacher in California, I have already had 2 students last year want to transition. 1 3rd grader and 1 5th grader. A child is too young to make these unreverseable decisions and they should wait until the normal progression of a human body grows and then decide.
"A child is too young to make these unreverseable decisions"
A child is smart enough to know that they are uncomfortable in the social role they've been cast in. Often better than adults.
And there's nothing permanent about a new name and presentation change.
Pre-pubescent children can't even transition because it's a post-pubescent process.
"and they should wait until the normal progression of a human body grows and then decide."
If someone is entering puberty, then all decisions are equal levels of permanent.
If you're biased towards forcing children to go through the puberty that they decidedly do not want then I can't think of another reason for that bias outside of your personal comfort.

Though there is obviously no comparison as to which one is worse.
...
Scripture never says that we should conform our minds to our bodies, in fact scripture says that God sees past our bodies
"For the Lord sees not as man sees man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7.
*People will absolutely kill themselves over dysphoria*
I agree that transition isn't the universal fix, but it is absolutely ignorant and _dangerous_ to claim or act as if social support is a universal solution that is enough to counteract the effects of dysphoria.
I’m going to have to tap out here(27:06)
I appreciate the attempt to address these issues with sensitivity and concern and the attempt to break the church out of the scandalization of sex, but not understanding the issues and utilizing radical feminist talking points and speculation do not make adequate substitutes for biblical truth.
Gender change is Satan s work, which is not God's doing but Satan
