I just started a couch to 10k program because your progress vlogs have motivated me. So I just wanted to say thank you!!!

Try the Kosas deodorant!! When regular and natural deodorants weren’t working for me it was the best discovery I could have made!! You won’t smell for dayyyssss!! It’s the best!
I buy unscented Lume deodorant at Target $14.99 but worth it .I just wish the solid stick was a tad firmer not ascreamy .overall if I'm hot I don't sweat and feel gross especially since menopause and the fact I'm hot 24/ 7

Try Lume deodorant. I sweat easily and they work pretty well. I don't work for them or anything.
Maybe wear the headphones while you do your braids so you could twine the strands around it. Not sure if it would work.
