@@bobbyadkins6983 I have been studying Scripture for over forty years. Those who get the Gospel right are "Calvinists" (divine sovereign grace is foundational to the Gospel and the Christian life.)
Non Calvinists have NO exegetical support for their ideas. They do not understand the doctrines of God, man, sin and salvation. They are biblically illiterate, aligned with the rebellion in the Garden (Gen. 3) demanding autonomy and crying, "Hath God said?"

Interesting that he mischaracterizes interpreting Christ in the old testament. Christ himself said He came in fulfillment of the scripture. The old testament is about Christ. 'Moses and the prophets spoke about ME' He said. Thats why you get christ's geneology updated throughout. How can you NOT see Christ in David vs Goliath?!? "You shall strike His heel, but He will crush your head!" Did John forget who David is? The issue here is Johns dispensationalist theology mucking with his ability to interpret scripture. However, John is still one of the best and i appreciate him🙌

Straw man. Dispensationalism did not come into the 1800s and Nate has no exegetical roots. Its roots came from some girls vision which is ironic because Macarthur is a cessationist (not tryna critique cessationism) I’ve actually heard more exegetical cases for post millennial and all millennial views a revelation 20. The Lord owns a cattle in 1000 hills. Does he only on the cattle on 1000 hills but on the 1001th hill he doesnt own them? I’m a literal six day creationist, but it is highly uncharitable and showsa low view of church history to compare the heresy of theistic evolution to a and post mill escatology

Does the word "ALL" really mean "ALL?" I wonder what it means in Romans 11:32 AMP
For God has imprisoned ALL in disobedience so that He may show mercy to ALL [Jew and Gentile alike].
Is it at ALL possible that GOD (The Potter) created certain men like Joseph or Caleb or Joshua or Daniel or John MacArthur to silence the ignorant talk of WE foolish men:
    1 Peter 2:15 NKJV
For this is the will of God, that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men > 🤪

God keeps secrets from us according to (Deuteronomy 29:29) and Jesus told his disciples things that he warned them not to tell others (Matthew 16:20). The Scriptures say that The LORD confides in those who fear Him (Psal 25:14). I'm wondering why Pastor John SEEMS to NEVER consider the possibility that God has created certain people to play specific parts in our lives in order to test our faith (2 Timothy 2:20)? Is it possible that ALL these false teachers are doing God's will PERFECTLY as a necessary part of our education? That would explain why they seem far more JOYFUL than Pastor John, Voddie Baucham, Paul Washer and Justin Peters!
Satan and his demons clearly serve the LORD according to the Scriptures and Pastor John knows it (Pslam 119:91 & Job 1:12). Have you ever wondered why it is that MOVIE STARS are far more gifted at what they do than we saints in whom God dwells? Why are we so DULL? Pastor John has given his assessment of God's church many times. He says that it is weak > 🤪 or is it? Is God doing a "MIGHTY" work or not? Why is it that we are reminded (from time to time) at the end of a "BAD NEWS SERMON" that God is in control > 🤪
Why did God allow me to make this comment. Am I giving away SECRETES? or am I just fed up with all these GAMES & GAMERS > 🤪

You know they messed up bringing a calvinist to the pulpit when the watch-to-like ratio is 1% and not 10%.
"All scripture is God's Revelation to mankind, but the thoughts of men are continually wicked, there is no one righteous, and there is no one who seeks after God because they are totally depraved and dead. Sure they can do lots of things, but thevone thing they cannot do, will not do, and unable to do is believe the gospel because molek predetermined before the foundation of the world whatsoever comes to pass, so who are you oh man to talk back to baal? If you are a true Christian, you will continue to do an abetrary quantity and quality of works in your life, for by your fruit you prove you are a true Christian dispite that being the 'no true Scotsman' fallacy. To summarize, we are living in a simulation. Now women better shut up and keep to themselves, and anyone who talks bad about me is sure to be not one of my sheep." --a characature of John MacArthur

John MacArthur talks grace through faith but then he immediately puts conditions on it.
He mocks the true gospel as easy believism, hyper grace, greasy grace, etc.
Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ "alone" for salvation.

    • @rubiks6
      @rubiks6 ปีที่แล้ว

And if you do trust "in the person and finished work of Christ "alone" for salvation," do you think that would then have consequences in your heart and mind and behavior?
Consider Jesus himself, how did he handle the ruler in Luke 18.18? The ruler asked Jesus, the actual Christ, "What must I do to inherit eternal life?" Did Jesus say "believe in me"? No! Jesus rattled off the 10 commandments, and told the man to sell all that he had and follow Jesus. The man walked away ... no salvation. Did Jesus offer easy-believism? By Jesus' evangelism, salvation was TOUGH! How many thousands of people did Jesus drive away in John 6 with his difficult preaching? What did they go away _from?_ Salvation.

    • @colonalklink14

@@rubiks6 You are just backloading works into the gospel message.
Jesus was showing us the impossibility of trying to get to Heaven by our works.
How can you possibly not see that?
Anyone who says that believing is not enough, is actually an unbeliever.
