    I have to comment. I've been suffering with insomnia the last few months and have required meds to sleep at night. I've lost my ability to nap during the day which I miss. I did a yoga Nidia meditation then this one and actually feel asleep in the couch and took a nap for the first time in months. Thank you!!!

    Been meditating for many months now and enjoyed it but find I often am not really able to “let go”; with your method I was truly able to feel like I was separated from my body and in a state of simple existence with a free mind. Thanks!

    very good. i've listens to loads of these over the years, and i appreciate how simple and focused this is. perfect for a refresh. you are teaching self-hypnosis safely and simply and i was able to almostimmediately reach that state. thank you.

    Very relaxing, but I didn't notice falling into hypnosis or receiving any suggestions. Still enjoyed it a lot!

    This is absolutely my favourite relaxation hypnosis, and I have tried a lot of them. It truly relaxes me, when most things don’t. The background noise, the voice, all of it create quite an amazing sense of deep relaxation. I hope there will be others in the future.

    This kinda gave me more anxiety ngl I’m sure it works for some people but focusing on my breathing make me realize- I’m not gonna say it for any other fears of anyone else reading this.

    Voice seems quite robotic instead of being calming / relaxing. Some of the words used in suggestions don’t fit. I don’t find this particularly relaxing.

    decent hypnosis vid for relaxation, but was pretty upset to hear the manifestation stuff snuck in. i find that whole world view pretty offensive and sick of seeing it in normal hypnosis videos with no warning
