Is this the same coach after last year he couldn't get it done ,that was supposed to be 11in the conference this year now everybody want him to go to the pros !! Incredible
In terms of just "bad takes"... sports media is #1, political media a close second. Then you get to entertainment stuff like video games and film. Remember, their job is not "be correct", its to get you to click, watch, like and subscribe. That's what makes them money.
Coach Prime said on Sept 23, 2023: “One thing I can say honestly and candidly: You better get me right now,” “This is the worst we’re gonna be. You better get me right now.”
Exactly they are playing dirty political games with Prime. They trying to disrupt the pipeline he’s making. Expect them to this all the way up to the draft pretty much.
I know the media have to talk about "where Deion's going" because it gets eyeballs. But what they don't talk about is the kind of man Coach Prime is, which is the best indicator of what he most likely will do. Coach Prime is a man of integrity who values loyalty and who knows what the life of an NFL coach is like. Some of his friends are NFL coaches and, or have been NFL coaches, Coach Prime is NOT going to coach NFL players. Next, he feels a sense of loyalty to Rick George for giving him a shot to coach at that level when other schools he was interested in wouldn't, aka FSU. Prime keeps receipts and still feels the pain of rejection. He's NOT going to FSU until maybe years down the road, if at all. Lastly, SEC teams are not going to turn overs their entire football program to Deion Sanders like Colorado has done. Their old alumni who controls those programs ain't having it. Coach Prime, the man, just wants to be happy and see his kids and his players thrive. That's it. He stays coach of Colorado long term.
Colorado just got JuJu..everyone wondering how good he's gonna be..This team next year is 4star and 5star recruits at EVERY POSITION...on both sides of the ball..plus what other coach in college football can pick up a phone call any quarterback in the league to work with Ju Ju??? Shedeur going to Vegas..is no coincidence TOM BRADY gonna start taking a more active role..because he's getting Shedeur
@@ColoradoBuffs1fan-m2i I wasn’t talking about Tom or the nfl Qb’s. I was talking about the young Qb trainer that is always at Colorado. I forgot his name but he is shedurs Qb trainer and also Cam Ward and another big time Qb. He’s been working with Shedur since Jackson state I believe.
@ Lolol I know that conditioning coach. I’m not talking about Coach Mo. Tom Brady has worked with Shedur for sure but he has a Qb whisperer and that’s what they call him. The same guy is working with Can Ward as well.
It’s crazy because they don’t realize Stephen A is the person who started this conversation 😂😂he just woke up one day last week and decided it was time for prime to leave
They’re not being disingenuous by acting like they think they have a shot to go all the way or win it all. Who cares if Rich never mentioned them until now? Imagine being in 2024 and commenting “just care about the views” who doesn’t?!? The difference is caring about the views and covering incorrect narratives just for the sake of putting out content on the matter.
My opinion is he wants to win the CFB Championship before he will consider even given it hard thought about going to the NFL. Coach Prime.has so much autonomy in the college ranks. He has a direct link to developing young men to be grear at the next level. I can see him doing a lateral change to another college team.before going to the NFL. Coach Pime, Americas parents wants you to mentor, counsel and coach their sons. You do you and keep influencing their sons
Exactly. Coach Prime has turned Colorado into the best coaching job in America. There is nothing he cannot get at Colorado - salary, endorsements, players, recruits, transfers, victories, championships and appreciation.
It amazes me that CU haters expect that the team is not successful unless they win the Big 12 championship and more. This team was given no grace considering they are still in the rebuilding process. Last year Coach came in December and had to work with what he could get from the portal and late recruiting. Even with the disadvantage, he managed to put together a better team than he inherited but he was criticized for not keeping ineffective players. Team won 3 more games than the year before he arrived and lost most games by a narrow margin. He was expected 1st year to win alot more. Second year he exceeds the critics expectations and it's still not good enough. The bar keeps moving. Even if the team wins the Big 12 championship, they would have to win a bowl game, etc., etc., etc. The same standard is not applied to other coaches - hmmm! I wonder why? I think I know. If they never win another game this season, thank you CU and congratulations on all your accomplishments this season. I'm 83 and I didn't watch college football until I saw all the hate directed toward the Coach and the team. Now, I don't miss Buff game, no matter how late they play. SKO Buffs. Thank you to all the team for representing the team and the school so well. Thank you to all the coaches, AD and staff for a job well done. You are the blueprint.
You missed one:Pre-combine, show and tell candidates at CU. Going to be a traffic jam. Last year, 3 did show and tell. ND long line of watching SCOUTS !!!!!!
I hope so, because they didn’t get him when he told em they better. He’s coming! He’s about to build a wagon in the Big 12 if he stays there. Which I truly think is his intention today. He said he doesn’t want to go to the pros because then you’re having to try and take grown men, who should already have that internal drive and mindset to be great, and having to drag that out of them, and as someone who was as great as he was, he’d rather just cut those players and figure out how to make a 35 man roster work than have those 18 guys who don’t act right. With college kids, sure they get paid today, but that doesn’t mean they stopped needing to be developed properly, to become their best selves. He wants to be a positive impact on the growth and development of young men in the game of football, for on the field and off the field successes. And the best place for that, for a guy like him, is in college athletics. With the retirement of Saban, among many other losses of our few great coaches, college athletics as a whole, need the guys like Coach Prime Time Sanders, now more than ever.
