    Axial flow with tracks and a draper, good set up and good looking machine. I used to run a JD 9600 with a 22 foor shelbourne stripper head. I Watch this video almost everyday

    Wow, there actually is someone in Louisiana that takes care of his combine! Looks great, around here if you say a piece of equipment came from Louisiana they automatically think it's junk. Nice and shiny! Great videos by the way.

    it looks short in the back end because of the size tires on the back. the back axles are fully adjustable to match the tire size. this goes for two and four wheel drive combines. and we have both on the farm where i work. 2188 cih the 4x4 is a 95 and the t wheeler is a 97

    @lukesnorth when it's dry it's not that bad, Rice is hard on a machine because of all the green straw you take in and with the new Hybrid rice it's very abrasive lots of wear!

    these levees are not that tall some fields have larger levees just have to go slow as not to rock the tracks back an forth over levee, our ground here is not too boggy but we did have spots in this field that was soft we moved a lot of dirt in the spring with water an the ground never dried before harvest as harvest progressed all the fiels dried up thanks for the interest

    Is it an axial flow because it looks very short behind the rear axle?

    @kittensniffles -- I live in a corn field in Indiana. Many farmers here plow and plant with Green. They mostly harvest with Red because Reds don't grind corn.
    No, I am not a mouse. Ain't no rat either so don't get no ideas.

    A hybrid is taking the genetic characteristics of one plant and crossing it with another. In rice for example you take one plant that is insect resistant and cross it with another that is herbicide resistant to get a more high yielding plant.

    @tzveekaDOTcom Sorry for the wait we started the 2010 harvest today this machine is only a harvester the grain is dried then sent to the mill where the hull is removed and the bran is removed by a polishing prossess and the result is a clear whit grain, when the bran is left on this is sold as brown rice

  • @tzveekaDOTcom
    @tzveekaDOTcom 14 ปีที่แล้ว

    what process is actually being done here?
    I can see that the rice gets thrown out, but is it already polished white when that happens?

    Well if you want to be that way then if they painted it don't you think they would have put a new SMV on the back? What ever happened to just taking something at face value and not thinking everything is not what it really is, not everything is a freakin conspiracy! I've been around enough equipment to know what looks taken care of and what is covered up with paint.

    @altractors -- HaHa big fun! It's 'axial flow' bscause the internal threshing cylinder is rotating sideways to the direction of combine travel. YuckHuck, I'm still laughing.
