To my family and friends, i rarely say what i really feel or mean because i have had several experiences when i broke down in front of someone, and all of those someone turned and left me. I'm sure military service is a comparative walk in the park versus the merry-go-round of writing, recording, launching, promoting, performing, and don't forget the multiple versions for the different markets, then back to the beginning for the next song or album. I know I wouldn't want a child of mine involved in this industry, too many fall by the wayside, very few have long careers, especially as after military service they have to struggle to get back into the industry against the youngsters starting out.
