Here I'm playing GTA 5 in normal settings on my Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 Ryzen 5 4600H GTX 1650 laptop.
You can see the necessary stats like FPS, temp, etc. in top left corner.
The laptop was able to handle the game pretty smoothly and I didn't see any lag while I played it. I did see some frame drop in some areas of the game but it was extremely rare.

@AAAsisibro that's not how it works, i'm writing this reply with mi 10t pro also same device as yours, what he meant is that youtube only supports refresh rate up to 60hz or 60 fps for video playback, so even if your phone has high refresh rate display like 144hz or 120hz or 90hz or anything above 60hz, every time you watch a video on youtube it will decrease to 25, 30, 50 or 60 fps depends on the video settings (at least until now I don't know if youtube will have an update to support high refresh rate display) but every time you scrolls down to see videos on your recommendation, it will support above 60hz refresh rate but then again every time you watch a video it will decrease to 60hz because youtube only supports up to 60 fps for video playback.

You didn't prabobaly checked the fps. Also you didn't told which generation you are using. With 8gb ram, intel core i3 10th generation, no graphics card, I get 60+ fps.

I play on High-Very High Settings on my I5 9400F and GTX 1650 PC and I get almost 100fps, sometimes even straight up 100fps constant.
🤨😵 I also use 1650 with ryzen 7 but I only get 70+, some times 104 thats it, I use 4 mods in gta 5

That's a LOT of disadvantages.
1. Missions - in missions with jerry can, you will fail instantly (specially in crystal maze mission). The car slides in Complications mission, which causes to disrupt simeon
2. Physics - the game logic will break (e.g: the flags flaps too quickly, cars slides for no reason, broken sirens etc.)
3. Online - its a large disadvantage to other players because they will not have a chance in you. Yeah it might be fair for you, but the game will kick you for sure because it will considered cheating (if someone accuses you and report you)
