Pastor David Wilkerson understood he was teaching the love and mercy, the power & majesty of Creator God to a feral people dressed in nice clothes next to the naked addicts. Dichotomy of a rich people with rotting teeth. Teaching etiquette and indoor manners to an undisciplined generation. We lost the gifts of discipline in these generations. Good discipline creates a kind ppl. Good discipline causes gentle reactions to the result of long term sin & iniquity of a lawless untaught child. These men understood what good men know, they cannot do anything apart from the love of Christ.
