She said that she is working two jobs so she can afford the tickets to the "fest" And that she and her kids are very excited for the event... People should be mailed ACTUAL tickets, numbered tickets that show times of the event, date, and parameters about what you're allowed to bring onto venue grounds, etc. Also info about refunds. Emails can be duplicated and faked so easily. I would assume if a person wanted a refund or wanted to dispute something or got injured, they would need the ticket to go forward with legal action. Are the Ace Family neglecting to give buyers actual tickets for a reason? Like something to do with what I have mentioned? I wonder.

At the very least a digital ticket with full name and info on all the tickets. Along with all the info about the event, rules, etc. should be included in the email.
I seriously hate this family (the parents, not the kids)- they scam so many people, lie etc. This family didn’t even mention the people who filmed this.. just credited it as their own… they made this festival out to be their OWN festival, selling tickets for $300-$500 (that’s Disneyland prices) not to mention going after Sloan for saying he slowed down ticket sales, even though they sold the event out… sooo make that make sense.. there are just so many red flags with this family, and it’s disappointing how companies continue to want to give them sponsorships. I just hope this actually does happen, because spill as you mentioned it would be disheartening to see people let down.
I know not many people are talking about them right now since they are handing out cease and desist letters like candy.
** update - people haven’t gotten their tickets??? this event is in less than 2 months!
Also they didn't actually ever sell out their tickets and they said they would only sell 5000 tickets when it was more like 10,000 (and that's not really even 10,000, it's 10,000 packages of three or five) and they have only sold less than 1000, There's no way that you can put on carnival with that little money and in the short of time and given their track record I don't have much hope anyways but it keeps going down and down besides Sloan, the Madcatster has brought up fantastic (I mean well researched, it's actually despicable what did have done and are doing to their fans, and their own children for that matter) information about them!!!!

I agree. Something is definitely sus about them not mailing a physical paper ticket out to buyers of tickets. (see my comment) An actual ticket is more of a legal representation of money paid. Emails can be faked so easily. Paper tickets that cost $299.00 and $499.00 usually would have some sort of hologram on them so they can't be fraudulently duplicated.
Why I have the impression that when the festival will come, they will end up with an excuse? Like "oh no, we had to cancel it" and oh nooo, all the money will not be given back to the people that spent it.
