I've listened to the Korean version 눈을 감아도 by Sung Yoo Bin, the Japanese version 爱のうた by Koda Kumi , the Thai version "trong nai korng hua jai tur" by DUNK....all with similar chorus...from what I searched, the production time is Thai (2003)->Korean(2006)->Japanese, Chinese (2007)....hmmm, so who stole first?
i've heard both version n they totally different, the only similarity is the first few lines of the chorus, the rest of the song r really different i cudnt even tell its the same song when i first heard it, until i gt to abit of the chorus. So i dont thnk u cn call it copyrite, the chinese version is still more popular n i personally lik it more, n if its not becos of this song probly nt alot of ppl will kno abt the korean version.
ok let me tell you the truth. the song is originally written by a korean artist and released in Dec, 2006. 4 month later, Ma tian tu released the exactly same song. it's illegal cuz he just stole the song and earned 12million dollars.

you say it's "copied" but isn't it sad that the "copied" version is more popular than the "original"? it's not a violation of copy right if the entertainment company paid for the rewrite into a different language!!!! many popular songs are sang and re-sang in god knows how many versions you koreans are just mad that 马天宇 earned more money than the so-called original singer because the chinese version is better...
