Sir, From close Drum Only HP will be connected to DP type level transmitter and LP to Atomospere. Then in this case, can Level transmitter be installed above tapping point ( HP side of Drum). Please replay ASAP.

No, because flow is different function, pressure and level is different. Flow transmitter uses the sensor not a Diapraham. I think you got the difference
