She made me really annoyed in this episode because she kept getting in the way of elliana’s opportunity’s

I just miss the OG's the kids that could understand what swing meant, the kids that would be happy for their friend for being on top of the pyramid, the kids that had no issues with the misunderstandings of their mums, I just miss that team a lot😢😢😢

The only time Yolanda wasnt in the wrong. Michelle thought this dance was about may the best kid win and the role was up for grabs. It’s literally eliannas dance established from day one. They chose to swing.

It is not Ellie's fault that she is wanting a normal school education and normal life outside of dance. She should not have to go through all of this screaming. Michelle is just upset that Ellie has a diet instead of Sarah and it's obvious. The only reason Sarah did the dance better was because she was in class more and when Sarah had her interview at the competition, you can tell she's so happy that she's the one doing it. This is Ellie and Gia's duet and it should stay that way.

And if Ellie was late to class, she couldn't help if there was traffic or an accident on the way to the studio, but I can also say that her mom should've made sure to pick up Ellie right when school got out so they could get to the studio quicker

@@scarlettthornton4885 only reason she was not there was because she did not have her work permit she could not do the show because of child labor laws but since this was reality tv they could not say that so they blamed it on her school which was also partially the reason but not all of it. It not Elliana or her mother's fault at all tbh
Though it is not fair for the mothers to scream about the situation in front of the kids, Elliana can't have it both ways, if she wants to commit to being a full-time competitive dancer then she needs to be homeschooled, she can't be full time with both. I think that Sarah deserved to be in that duet as she was putting in her time and effort and having her schedule rearranged for someone who wasn't even there or considerate of her time and effort.
Honestly Elliana is probably the most talented dancer in season 8 so whether you love or hate her and her mom u gotta admit she’s fantastic

unpopular opinion: sarah was being rude in this part saying that this was her duet and she should’ve been able to perform it... and i know she did learn it and such, but if abby wanted her to do it, she would have given it to her, not ellie
The thing was was that she learned the steps yes and was a full in, but the point of the duet and the story was literally "Judge Gia" judging the verdict on whether the "Strangler" aka Yolanda was guilty. It was a joke about when Yolanda choked Stacie. This duet was always meant to be Ellie's

Remember a lot of the show is the writers telling them how to act. Don’t judge anyone too harshly
Giana has become so rude and bitter over the past few years. Especially with directing her anger at the kids as opposed to the adults
I have kinda noticed that too. But you have to remember, Abby is paralyzed now she can’t help show choreography the way she used to, so now it’s ENTIRELY up to Giana to get these dances done each week. Also these new mothers are crazy and she also has to hear about everything they argue about.
In this instance I believe she was just being honest about being fed up and she did not direct it toward any child except to be honest and say that yes, Sarah could do it better. She had been the one rehearsing all week. A lot of this show is so obviously edited that I rarely comment on this season but Gia had no make up on, was obviously tired. It was true that they were missing Elliana because of legal issues but her mother did not have that figured out as she should have. So, between filming and regular rehearsal, Gia had to do these nighttime rehearsals wherever they could meet; was taking the brunt of moms and dancers and producers frustrations... It's one thing to be a swing and a choreographer but it's another to be taken advantage of because people who should understand time and being professional aren't showing up and producers don't care if you're an award winning choreographer. You end up doing what they say!

well she did say she had to be there overtime for like both days (i think) just to help eliana when she couldve gone home. and she mustve been tired after all that plus still dealing with the moms fighting. i would be irritated too

It is mentioned from around 5 mins in that Michelle wouldn't allow Yolanda to record the duet so that Ellianna could learn it. Given she is happy to have Sarah on TV it was clear that she didn't allow it recorded in the hope Sarah would keep the duet. How Gianna is acting here also supports what Christi was saying on Instagram previously. It isn't Ellianna's fault that she wasn't allowed to dance and was still assigned the routines.

Sara is the type of person Abby has been warning the kids about for years. If you cry, don’t want to be there or hesitate there is going to be someone right there behind you ready to take your spot.
I don’t blame Sarah for trying to get herself into the spot, the reason any of those kids are there is to dance and try to “make it” in the industry. Sometimes to have to be pushy to get what you want, I do feel bad for Ellie though.

Can I just say that she's the best mom on this team. She's super supportive towards everyone. Is always caring about the other kids and moms. She loves her daughter and believes in her. She even was the only one who protected Sarah and Michelle and had there back the entire time. Even Gia was always there for her teammates and never talked bad about them. I truly love them

I've said it before and I'll say it again Gia and her mom are the most professional people of this season. You can see in these clips especially how Gia is supportive of all of her co-workers and tries to support both of them as much as she can while staying out of the drama.

I do agree that the duet was originally made for Eliana but I definitely think Sarah should’ve been given a chance for her own dance/duet because she’s been loyal to the team even when Abby didn’t like her or her mom. Eliana isn’t even there most of the time so I don’t know why she would get a duet over Sarah.
It’s because Sarah knew from the start that she was a sub for Elliana. People have subs all the time in dance

@@xinhuiii The only reason why Sarah had a little bit of “attitude” Is because she had been dedicated to learning this dance even though it wasn’t her own and Eliana still got the benefit from Sarah being there and it wasn’t fair for Sarah or her mom. I would be a little bit upset too if I was dedicated to something and I spent a lot of time and energy into it and then somebody who wasn’t got the part.
@@alanna9761 if you are a dancer, you should understand this. I learned my dance for 3 months but at the end, my teacher chose another girl that came for only 2 weeks.... Although it hurts but I’ll have to accept this because I know everything my teacher does, has a reason :)
@@xinhuiii I am a dancer too, and the teachers at my studio stick to the student they picked. They don’t make last minute decisions like this, every studio is different.

I think this just shows how great Elliana is and that she is actually the best out of them all. She stood out in the dance and she did not do a single mistake and that under all that pressure. I dont think many kids in her age could handle that. She is such a brave and intelligent kid.

I personally feel that Sarah deserved to do this dance since she worked twice as hard. Someone who puts dance before school is really in to win it. She was also confident and less tensed up than Elliana. However, I do disagree with the remarks that she made and how she didn't privately talk to Abby but rather did it in front of Elliana. I disagreed with Michelle, she is a grown woman, so SHE should know. They both wanted it BAD.
But what can you say? You can't hate on any of these girls, they were kids. Stop saying that one was annoying when they both have flaws.
