Wonder how much the 5LLL meter gain is based off of him powering up for the cinematic hit - how much of that change was for gameplay, and how much of it was just "I mean, he enters the ki charge animation for a moment, sooooooooooo"
lmao my thoughts exactly, the devs were just looking for ANY buff they could give to L autocombo beyond frame data and some random intern was just like "is this the ki charge animation?"
Outside of obvious bad frame data they still need to fix his armor being worse than every other armor move in the game and his 2H sometimes being a bad anti air because of he moves forward causing him to get crossed up. Other than that he’s finally in a much better position than he was before just hate it took them till the end of the game life cycle to buff his 5L after years of praying for this.

His 5L has medium priority, meaning he'll beat most other 5L's which have light priority
2L is 6 frames. use that instead.
