Drag Salary and drop it in the tool tip then click on the salary drop down and choose measure. Then select minimum/ maximum.
Drag salary and drop it in the tool tip. Now right click and go to Measure and change it to Minimum. Similarly do it for Maximum.

@@anantharajbaskaran897 you need to add salary two times onto tooltip mark and change measure min and max respectively instead of default sum.
Sometimes, you have to open tooltip box to insert these measures. But, above step will do the trick.
@@anantharajbaskaran897 Salary measure Drag to Tooltip and right click on the salary in marks ,go to measures select minimum and same select do another one select maximum .
