Love y’all’s videos! I’m looking to buy some land outside of Crestview but it’s my first experience buying property and building a house. After watching all of y’all’s videos I’ve decided I only wanna work with you guys.
We just got back from Destin and several of the condos that were literally on the beach in a beach resort we’re in the $600,000 range to $700,000 for super nice ones with a view! So there’s no way I’m paying $1 million for something that looks like a basic condo/apartment building nowhere near the water. And no water view. Although I did enjoy your videos and I do enjoy your channel there’s just no way.

Gross is fine, but what about net after HOA, Insurance, Taxes, Mainteance, etc. What do those numbers look like?
