I wanted this as a main comment notba reply so inam writting it again. Dave your a great person. Its hard to watch you struggle on every video. I also have ADHD and used to make mistakes on a reg basis.
I got medication for my adhd. I take Vyvance there are others. My life is 98% better. If you are not getting your adhd treated, please consider it. It will make such a huge difference in your life and even your families life.
You're not a terrible person you are nerodivergant. Make your self notes posted to your computer. And talk to your doc.

The Cricut cartridges were used for the older machines that were stand-alone - the new machines connect to the internet. If someone has older cartridges, they can use their newer model to link the cartridges to their accounts, but there is no way to check to see if they've been registered/linked already. (copyright issues) However, some people like the older model machines, and those will use any cartridges, regardless of their linked status, since they don't connect online. So you can try marketing to the older machine market, since you don't have any way to tell. They could also be linked to a Gypsy, which is kind of like a hard drive for the old Cricut machines.

My gosh, I need full concentration when I'm fulfilling an order. I'm so afraid of making a mistake and so far so good. I'm sure at some point I will because we're only human, right? Anyways, I always learn something from your videos; whether it's something TO do or NOT to do, and for that I truly appreciate all that you provide to your watchers!
Train situation sucks. I've messaged several sellers on eBay if I notice their listing is wrong and they are always really grateful for it- and I had someone do it for me once and I was also super grateful to avoid that mess... I had gotten a guitar foot pedal in a lot of junk and it was the wrong one in the box and I had it for months and never even noticed.
I made my first mistake today. I sold something on eBay that I had sold previously on Whatnot. I thought it was delisted, but of course it wasn’t. I was beating myself up all day over it, but your video made me feel better. 😂 Thanks Dave! I hope things get better for you!

Long time viewer, you actually are one of the few who motivated me to actually get my store going this year. We had another daughter and me and the wife are trying to have the store supplement her income, so we don’t have to leave our baby with anyone else.

Dave, I’ve accidentally done “sell similar” on the wrong model number before. It was one digit off… buyer returned it, no negative feedback. Stuff happens, especially if you’re doing the volume of reselling that you’re doing.

I watch because you have a great personable presence. Plus, you also live in Florida & have similar listings to mine (don't worry I am West Coast). But when I first started watching you, I would get anxiety from what you were doing Mainly because I have an ADD Husband. He makes similar mistakes in life. I only let him go sourcing, and he is good at cleaning brass, that he usually sourced, and he occasionally takes items to USPS. But, I don't trust him to list or ship any of my orders. I do appreciate your info! 🤩

Heads up what a lot of comic sellers do, my self included we list books with a higher amount but set best offer closer to FMV so that when a person sends a best offer close to fmv we can screen there history to see if we want to ship the book to them. If they for what ever reason pay the higher amount we just roll with it cause of the risk involved. Generally comic buyers are great but some are not.
Whenever I see a post about someone who got banned by eBay or another selling platform and they claim they made one mistake and it's so unfair, I'm like, nah, you made hundreds of serious mistakes along the way considering Dave is making dozens and his store is still rolling. :D
Posh notification is THE WORST! Also, use the free priority mail shipping supplies for posh. Super easy.

Make sure when you comp the comics you check out page quality white/off-white to white/off white etc....Definitely was worth grading, couple of very good ones, a couple of the non keys are very desirable art wise/famous covers and artists.
Those Star Wars glasses are so cool. I don't think I could give them up.

Everything sold by midnight ships the next day, always, always 99% of the time. I get up at 6:00, so I might crash a little earlier sometimes. Sometimes I actually take a 30 min nap so I can make it till midnight. If I get in the bed early and I hear cha Ching on my phone before midnight I will get up and take care of it. eBay is a 2nd job, reg job is 40-60 hrs.

Learned hard lesson this week . Sent item, and it made it to the state, but tracking went dead . 4 days later, it ends back at my place . Said needs better address. Usps destroyed the label. I am now writing address on as well as label when possible.

Honestly idk. Because even though I try to ship on time as much as I can, the post office tends to screw up and my packages are on the opposite side of the map than the place I shop them. Honest to God. I had a package travel all around and finally make it. 😮

burger king and mcdonalds glasses are ALWAYS worth picking up, i grab them anytime i see them and hold onto them until i complete sets, almost all of the sets sell for between 50-200 my biggist one lately was all 8 disney story glasses they sold for $128 + ship, i paid $4 for the set

Is crosslisting really worth it when you’re constantly canceling orders due to out of stock, forgetting to ship orders on other platforms, or having to cancel orders due to weight restrictions, or getting your account restricted due to selling banned items, losing top rated, etc. Honestly, every time I think about crosslisting you remind me of all the negatives. Not putting you down, just looking at the realities of cross listing.
If you have an ability to be organized in your life you would likely be fine. Dave has none.

Dude, use the free USPS shipping supplies for Poshmark orders, not gigantic poly bags that are way too big for a small pair of pants lol. You can use any USPS box for Posh orders including flat rate.

Dave, you must be a pretty good seller or you wouldn’t have gotten as far as you have. Maybe now is a good time to put some good processes and procedures so that you can keep on top of these things. Everyone makes mistakes but you don’t want it to become every day practice.
It seems like the value your time away, so I think you need to be very intentional about when you return . Might also want to do something about the SKU situation and run some kind of big promotion to clean out some backlog. if you do have ADHD as your channel name suggests, you might want to get a mentor or coach to help you get things organized so that you can keep on top of it.

Have you considered getting a few vendor booths somewhere? I think it would do good for you, plus no shipping...and it would probably lessen your burden of having to list and ship everything you source.
By me having a brick and mortar store, I put lots in my store to see if it will sell there, before I consider putting it on ebay. I usually make more on it in the store than on ebay (even with my overhead). I don't have to take pics, ship etc and that makes it so much better. I do sometimes ship items in my store, if people want something, because I will take random store pics and someone might ask about a certain item. I invoice them and then will ship.
I had a booth for 6 months. I never lost money with it, but I quickly realized I would need to treat it has a full time thing as well to be worth having, so I got out of it. Wasn't worth all the extra time.
Really a bad idea for ADHD people. For Dave, it would just be one more thing to keep track of. I've done both for 7 years and it's challenging. The items I sell on ebay would never sell in my booth. You are right tho, it's great for some things!

I’ve forgotten a few times on Poshmark because I missed the sale, you’ll be fine. I’ve messaged the buyer so they don’t hate me, but even if they rate you low nobody will see but you. Also, that was the largest poly bag for a pair of jeans ever and you saying how bad you are on posh while using that wrinkled bag is why I watch…lol
reseller logic: I want things to sell as fast as possible. I don't want to sit on things and I can buy more things to flip.

Posh will cancel any order after a while. I purchased a bundle that i forgot about until after i received a message they canceled.
You should really use go collect or another paid pricing app when your dealing with high value comics. Ebay solds only tell you so much. Invest the $10 for a month subscription to make sure you're maximizing value.

You need to recomp that train that was wrong and see if it’s actually valuable. Make him return it and resell it listed correctly this time. Block his scammer ass. Yes you’ll be out the original shipping, but don’t let him get away with this nonsense. He’s trying to rip you off.

I had shipped something on whatnot it was $2 and then something free I shipped it all together so the buyer could only see the ones that I put in with other shipping items and said it wasn’t shipped yet I explained it in one shipment they were mad I combined shipping so it was only one shipment but customer got mad because they said I didn’t ship but they refused to accept and want a refund. What to do?
