I take offense to frwog saying that a shield-blocking play style is cringe. It is one of the few forms of skill expression that allows players a chance against enemies in much better gear. It just takes a little effort to get around the shield instead of aiming for center-mass every time. Edit: to say I do approve of some Breakthrough gaming!

True phys is only good to counter armor or if you have horrible aim but for that effective armor pen you're paying in phy bonus multiplier (so STR/PWR doesnt matter), limb multiplier (so no headshot bonus) and in combo multiplier (SO NO PARRY BONUS).
