This is such a tough question because it's all about personal preference. At first, no matter what, it's going to feel unnatural, the same way using a mouse or analog stick to aim for the first time does. It takes time and it comes down to personal preference. You also have to consider your activation method. Do you want it always on like gyro+stick, the most common method. Gyro ratcheting, using a button to activate or deactivate gyro while held so you exclusively use motion controls to aim. Or something like flickstick, a combination of both. For most people, getting into gyro takes about a year, but you will notice a drastic improvement over what you are capable of.
Probably try just having it activate when you ads to start. Then try other ways once that feels comfortable. make it your primary aiming method though, don't try to fight it with the stick. Look with the stick, aim with the gyro. I haven't actually seen the gyro menu in this game much, but I'd recommend something around a 2-3 real world sensitivity for ads to start. That means your real world movements would be multiplied 2 or 3 times in game. 45° real life=90° in game etc. If you can make the vertical sensitivity less than horizontal like 60% or so. If you do want to have gyro be on for hipfire you probably want a sensitivity around a 4 to 5. A lot of people use TouchPad touch to deactivate when you do it this way. No matter what method you use, it's best to have your hands resting on your lap, or a desk for stability. Try to pivot off of one hand at a time.
But yeah, like the other guy said, there is no standard. People like different things. Some like the stability/range of motion using acceleration, and some prefer the consistency of raw input.
Bro I’m talking about experience, I was a top player on mobile without gyroscope, but when I had the chance to use it, I would hit noscopes constantly without aim-assist.
My suggestion is to just use gyro for ads until you get used to it. Try for a sensitivity of 2-2.5 for ads to start. Basically the multiplier from your real world movements to in game. 2 means 45° in real life equals 90° in game. Make vertical sensitivity like 60%-70% if you can. Some people do like acceleration for low end stability but still having range of motion. Definitely a personal preference thing. Like the other guy said, everything new feels a bit wierd at first, but this is truly the best way for controller to be accurate and responsive without aim assist. Also rest your hands in your lap or on a desk for stability.
It's like a mouse but on a rotational plane instead of a flat plane. Try just having it activate for ads and a sensitivity of 2× real world movements. Rest your hands in your lap or on a desk for added stability.
I just bought ps5 and within 20 mins of messing around I was able to completely remove recoil altogether, it’s so bad they should remove the gyro, cod players back in the day used ds4 to force a gyro work around in cod comp play to do the same thing we can legally do in the finals, pc can use high sensitivity so that leave Xbox players the largest player base with little to no aim assist and zero advantage pc players have for movement and control and now ps5 for anti recoil, I’m beaming kids across the map with an m60 and I just started using the gyro , it’s cheating no other way to describe what I was able to do with gyro. And I’m a bot, I mean just watch this game play the guy who made the video has, that m11 jumps around like a bunny on hunter Biden’s crack on Xbox, but here he has no visible recoil, the gyro does something to smoothing and completely removes recoil it’s insane
It's just easier to control recoil with gyro vs stick I think. I find it even easier to control than with mouse. I could be wrong. But it's easy to test to see if there's zero recoil by pressing fire while the gyro is on a table.
@@JunkerJames the gyro has built in aim smotting and fire smoothing, ad rotational aim asssit and ingame smoothing its stacking the bullet on the wall has no bounce no bloom at all and now after new gyro patch it’s even easier, on top of that ps5 has a completely different aim assist profile and recoil pattern per shot than Xbox , the coding between the games is off I play both Xbox and ps5 , and I did them back to back to make sure I wasn’t loosing my mind

@@JunkerJames I personally am just bring it to attend as they need bring back aim assist so Xbox players can compete against ps5 and pc again as now there is now way any Xbox player can compete as there is no advantage playing on Xbox, the aim assist between ps5 and Xbox are so drastic it’s mind bending, aim assist for Xbox is non existent, I have both and played them back to back to see compassion
What settings do you use for gyro, I've been wanting to use it but just couldn't get the right setting

Damn. You are awesome man. I am interested to use controller now. It'd be cool if we can see your hand cam next.
I knew playing splatoon would help me in the future…
Do you still use Gyro or did you switch back to normal controls?
DAMN EVEN WITH GYRO UR CRACKED GOTTA HAVE THE BEST AIM OUT THERE RN ❤❤❤
legend bro im a controller user too would you mind sharring the controller settings in a video and how all that gyro stuuff works pls
Remember you have to have a Playstation controller for this to work. Xbox controllers don't have this feature. Just a heads up.
This man is just good at everything 😭😭
The casual subscribe lol I love it

Gyro is so underrated
this game looks so epic smashed the like button
My boy stay on that new shit.
Even when the guy tea bagged u just no problem and smiley face 😁😁😁 not even mad W CONTENT
Drop the settings please!
Bro is gate keeping
Good job
Anyone else’s get a finals ad on by his video
gyro can literally take u to the top bro ppl dont know how op mastering gyro is being a gyro master myself but on mobile ive never tried console
It's really not op, it makes controller on an equal playing field to mouse and also doesn't need aim assist.
Bro I’m talking about experience, I was a top player on mobile without gyroscope, but when I had the chance to use it, I would hit noscopes constantly without aim-assist.
@MODERNCD yeah it's a good input method and should be the standard. Basically equal to mouse. Sticks just aren't that great. Aim assist should die.
Gyro felt weird, what settings did you run
Anything new feels weird. Get used to it and it feels great.

Is this still with aim assist?
no aim assist on gyro aim
