Most of The educated people don’t live in Bengal anymore and they don’t vote. They laugh at Mamata but they don’t know that their proxies vote for TMC against their name. The agents know the family members who don’t live there anymore. Last Bidhansabha election, I came back to vote after skipping the previous elections, I realized my vote was already given by someone else. Anyway Bengal politics is different from the entire country. Too much to be explained in a TH-cam comment

I think Arnab's extensive knowledge and opinions on various subjects were not fully showcased in the podcast. Instead of asking broad, open-ended questions, it would be more effective to have him discuss specific topics in depth. But it was great to have him in the show. Would love to see him again.

It’s true many were in prison but when they got out instead of tackling the famine they were only focused on independence issues. Both these parties were close to the industrialists in Calcutta and were quite happy to overlook the problem of poverty he famine.
