You may want to check out head and shoulders..your shampoo can be breaking you out..also trentinoin def will bring out your acne..and will be painful and it will suck horribly..but if you can instead use African soap or tumeric soap and a good astringent like sea breeze and aquaphor as then apply your watever else..and make sure you really clean your face with a white rag, our faces are dirty…behind your ears because dirt travels..and spot treat with Aztec clay mask or manuka honey organic..helps with inflammation..that will help.. the trentinoin journey is rough and sometimes unnecessary..
