Hello Ayushi, Can you please guide me how can I change my 'order of preference' for the DU LLB counselling? As the same preference which was submitted at the time of application of the entrance has been taken into consideration for the counselling. But I had unknowingly submitted the preference of centres at that time. I thought I would get a chance to give preference at the time of counselling but it is not so. Now if I get admission to CLC (which I had submitted as the first preference) as per the first Merit list then I will have to forfeit my seat as I can't attend the morning classes. Now, it's all about timings. Which time suits you the most. Bcoz there are many students preparing for UPSC , they join centres as per their coachings time- table. Some students prefer to do self study in the morning hours. So they join LC1 bcoz of suitable timings. Many times, LC1 students top the Law faculty (all three centres). So don't get puzzled. You can join any one of these 3 centres.😊

No Sis, there is vast difference. Main difference is of crowd & credentials. And these r the two things bec. of which ppl join colleges. These connections & networks matter in career. For Ex. There r no Judges from other two centres either in HC or SC. 99% of them r from CLC. Otw u can study even at home. Best study is self study after all.
You are completely wrong and out of facts! Before, 1971 all the 3 centres were joint, there were no CLC, LC1 or LC2. Then, LC-1 was established, after it CLC and LC-2. So, all the judges who passed before 1980(who are judges currently) belongs to the 3 centres because there was no CLC. The CLC was not even the oldest. 2nd, all the teachers of the 3 centres are same, exams are same, syllabus is same. Then, whats the difference? now all the 3 centres get merged technically again . I am from LC1, and I have seen many idiots and failure students in CLC who barely get pass and many of them fail while my classmates are from St Stephen's, SRCC, foreign students etc. doing great in research even while in college. . And, you are talking about the crowd of CLC, I am giving you open challenge here. Compete with me in any field of law, I will thrash you everytime and show you how weak your argument is. I could have opted for CLC, but I decided to go for LC1 because I found it better. Because I have wisdom enough to know there is no difference . 90% of CLC students who get passed in the same batch with me are unemployed, and I work for Indian Government.
