the problem in Russia is those with money can actually "pay" for their drivers license without actually taking any testing or drive course. So there are a lot of people on the road there that dont know actual traffic law and cant even drive a car in reverse and thats what half of these are.

Two of the most popular games are "Head on crash" and "turn left real slow and make sure the other guy hits you" Then you have the " rear end the car in front." The "crank the wheel left really hard for no reason." Are there extra points for hitting a vehicle which then takes out pedestrians? I love some of the tactics used. The sneak attack for the head on. Some drivers came out of nowhere to get the hit. Especially the car that flew airborne across the highway meridian onto the opposing traffic for the hit. You have the come out of a blind corner real fast is a nice surprise. Hit them before they can avoid. Fly through from a side road is also effective. To me most of this looked deliberate like they were trying to hit people.
