@@mskipperofficial I solved the problem, you have to email Google and ask to change your account type from an organization to an individual. You will then receive two emails that you have to accept and you have to upload your Document ID (e.g. your passport) and that's it.

They want an official credit report, IRS tax documents, incorporation documents, SEC documents, State business registration. Crazy amount of sensitive information that Google really has no business asking for.

Your TH-cam channel IS your business. You make videos for consumtion and want to make money via the ad revenue. You need to apply for a business license to run ads for it, same as for a food delivery driver, same as for a pizza place.

I do understand the reason, this past winter 22-23, I was working with a tour bus company and saw two different instances of competing companies making false Google Ads that seemed to be from one company but the links directed to the competitor.

It's a joke. The verification is broken. They have no way to contact them also. I've paid them thousands of dollars and they literally have no customer service.

Depending on what country you are in there are different rules. If you are a Limited company then you must be registered somewhere, use that address. If you are a Sole Trader, you will have to raise a ticket with google. it's a painful process.

Tried twice. It doesn't work. I guess they don't want advertisers anymore. I was very thorough and on top of that there is no way to contact them. They have some LINE app that you download and then they don't tell you the account you're supposed to contact. What a massive fail for them.

How would you handle the address if it’s an online business with no physical store?
Depending on what country you are in there are different rules. If you are a Limited company then you must be registered somewhere, use that address. If you are a Sole Trader, you will have to raise a ticket with google. it's a painful process.
You use your home address. If you run an online business from the PC in your bedroom, that is your business address, at least in California.
What if there is no industry that describes your business? Can you skip this step?
