Did you notice, how rhythmically perfectly in time the mandola is when playing with the keyboard solo?
He is playing a Mandola which is basically a larger than standard mandolin that is tuned one octave below a standard model.

I like her deeper voice now more than the higher pitched one. But all in all a great song and a much better vevo version than the studio one.
