I am Rereahu.
Our tupuna are buried at one of two Marae. Te Hape & Te Miringa Te Kakara.
The site of the old cross-house is freaky amazing!
It is said to be of similar significance to Stonehenge and the Pyramids.
Ka tae ki te wa ka rongo ai koutou, te haruru o te whenua nei i te tini tapuwae iti.
'A time will come, the sounds of many little feet will be heard all over this land'.

So true, Miringa Te Kakara was built with the same dimensions as the Pyramids of Giza, Egypt. To an exact inch. Also, if you draw a straight line on a global map from Miringa Te Kakara, it aligns perfectly to England and more importantly, Stonehenge. Both places traced the winter and summer solstice perfectly. Ngā Mihi!
